我不嬲都好鍾意食廚師發辦,不過最近喺香港真係好少食到一啲我覺得好出色嘅,之後同同事講開,佢再提議我去天后呢間,話好好食,用餐體驗好出色,因為師傅好人,環境乾淨。嚟到之後確實覺得冇失望,呢度坐得好舒服,嘅裝修亦都好高雅,感覺真係有去咗日本食廚師發辦嘅感覺,最主要就係呢度嘅用料非常新鮮。我最印象深刻嘅,就係呢度嘅toro,真係會喺口入面溶化,另外就係食完咁多件之後都唔會覺得太滯,表明所有魚都係新鮮,師傅控制肥美程度同埋每一片嘅厚度都相當出色。

新开的omakase,一对年轻夫妻出来做的,注重食物品质,虽然地点有点不方便,至少食客知道价格不算付给房租了,而是实实在在付给食物本身了。 与客吃饭,内部环境也还不错,酒单也很划算。不算特别贵价,很实诚的老板和老板娘,就是给食客提供高质量的食材。

呢排真係覺得返工好辛苦,所以都想對自己好啲,至今晚就決定去食餐正嘅omakase。問咗身邊嘅朋友,有幾個都話天后有一間幾好食,好奇之下,就打咗電話去book。入到嚟之後真係好有驚喜,店員好有禮貌,好友善,另外呢度嘅裝修都好有日式風格,令人有一種好平靜好舒適嘅感覺食物質素當然都好高啦!今晚食嘅所有嘢都好新鮮,亦都多謝廚師好仔細咁樣解釋每一樣食材嘅來源,我個人就覺得赤身同鮟鱇魚肝最正!赤身一睇個顏色已經知道勁新鮮,嗰個光澤到真係呃唔到人,入口嘅口感都係我剛剛鍾意嘅,唔會太油膩。另外,就係個鮟鱇魚肝都整得好出色,口感細膩,醬汁唔會掩蓋咗本身嘅魚味,呢個真係好正!
