之前試過有啲舖頭食到真係擺唔到落口嘅
所以我對呢樣嘢食本身有少少抗拒
但佢個味好舒服
亦唔會腥,師傅處理得好好

新开的omakase,一对年轻夫妻出来做的,注重食物品质,虽然地点有点不方便,至少食客知道价格不算付给房租了,而是实实在在付给食物本身了。 与客吃饭,内部环境也还不错,酒单也很划算。不算特别贵价,很实诚的老板和老板娘,就是给食客提供高质量的食材。

Helmed by Sushi Shikon alumni Chef Lemon Leung and co-managed by his wife, Sushi Gingetsu took over the space of 鮨正 in Tin Hau, offering exquisite, Michelin quality Edomae style sushi for just half the price of his former training grounds!! I told Chef Leung that I was shocked to learn that his predecessor couple duo had decided to quit 鮨正, which was also a sushiya that one would revisit.
