一直都很喜歡飲濃厚嘅花膠雞湯,今次趁復活節假期同朋友一齊嚟試吓。寫紙仔點菜後店員便會奉上醬料兜供顧客調製自己嘅醬料。這天和友人二人點了小份量的花膠濃湯雞鍋,上菜時便見到花膠雞湯嘅色澤金黃色令人食指大動,影相後店員便會幫我們將花膠和雞剪開,入面有雞半隻,和大大片花膠,份量充足。 飲品叫左酸梅湯同鹹檸7解滯同消燥。 先飲湯再打邊爐,湯嘅味道濃厚,好飲,雞肉吾會老身。我哋每人飲咗兩碗先至打邊爐,配料叫左有安格斯手切牛肉、響鈴、胡椒豬肚貢丸、和牛骨髓,牛肉雪花紋靚牛肉味重好食,值得一提係牛骨髓索湯後質感似牛油味的豆腐同胡椒豬肚貢丸入面真係有豬肚,口感特別。

因為太正嘅關係,我同老公忍唔住每人飲咗三至四碗,超補及超抵(我哋差唔多飲晒成個湯底😅)!

之後,他們再加上去的就是豬骨湯底,我們用來打邊爐。我個人覺得依度一定要叫安格斯牛肉,超級好食!果然係一分錢一分貨。

為咗喺有限嘅budget之下食好嘢,我哋今次冇食海鮮。如果多啲人嘅話,我諗我都會叫份海鮮試吓。

之後,我哋點咗啲平時少食嘅牛骨水和鮮筍片,依度嘅質素都好高。另外我哋試咗胡椒豬肚貢丸,真係有成粒豬肚喺裏面,而且粒貢丸仲有胡椒味,感覺好似飲緊胡椒豬肚湯,都幾正!最後,我哋叫咗平時一定必要嘅冬瓜和響鈴。

雖然埋單都真係唔平,但因為我哋想將去旅行嘅錢留喺香港食咗佢,所以,一餐可以飽到當兩餐食,因為食物質素高質,如果按一日兩餐及人頭計算,計埋每人大概返$250左右,都抵嘅!

屋企人中意睇花膠雞窩,呢間店又好似主打呢類型既野食,就來左打邊爐啦!個湯底好正,係鮮雞加好多花膠,個湯滾左後職員會幫我地剪個雞,我地飲左少少湯,好鮮味,又食左D花膠,剩返D等佢融係個湯鍋入面,之後再飲,更加正。食物方面我地都叫左好多野,有豬腩片,肥肉瘦肉層次分明,肉質好。台山蠔肉勁大隻,仲要好多粒,肉脆鮮甜,好食。魚片頭彈牙、芝士牛丸,牛味濃,冰豆腐係自家製,口感特別。冬瓜片比較清淡,唔錯唔錯。兩杯特飲都好正,熱情果梳打同埋提子梳打,甜甜地,味道幾特別。
