海鮮/火鍋配料 - 總數有18款咁多,包括潮汕手切肥牛/手切牛頸脊/本地手切牛胸油/豚肉片/紙豆腐/潮汕牛丸/振興濃汁貢丸/自家製雲吞/鮮豬什/脆肉鯇魚骨腩&片/大沙白/海蝦/花枝片/鮑魚/雞蛋/稻庭烏冬/什菜/即炸響鈴。
當中我覺得最特別就係紙豆腐,薄到好似紙咁嘅豆腐皮,放係一個好傳統古老嘅鐵杯入面,淥完之後食落感覺就少少似腐竹;海鮮方面都好新鮮,鮑魚同蝦上枱仲識郁下郁下,同埋好鮮味爽口,沙白又大粒又無沙;丸類質素亦好好,仲有我鍾意食嘅振興貢丸;響鈴就真係即炸,而且好長好大條。

飲品 : 跟餐我地就揀左酸梅湯,味道比出面一般火鍋店好飲,似係自家製唔似係外購野,飲落生津潤喉又解膩。


🍽環境:呢間餐廳嘅環境我真係比佢滿分,首先咁懷舊嘅香港風格已經係好多香港人嘅集體回憶,加上佢精心嘅裝修佈置,仲有一d唔起眼位都做得相當有心思,影相打卡一流。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:職員態度好nice,會同客人友善地吹吓水,同向客人介紹餐廳特式及時令海鮮,menu上有咩食材已售罄等等,亦有不時有幫忙留意個鍋底有無需要加湯同調較合適火力。


💰💸價錢:成個套餐就$780蚊,加埋餐前小食同醬料費每位$20,計埋加一埋單就大約$900,但佢提供到咁嘅懷舊環境/味道/食物質素,而且個餐係飽到兩個成年人都食唔晒,所以都叫做比較合理,我諗應該會再次帶朋友嚟幫襯。


🐲💬總結:因為我都算上左年紀😭,見到呢間餐廳嘅懷舊氣氛,都會勾起我好多兒時回憶,同朋友食下/傾下,講下以前細個嘅往事咁又過左一晚,所以有時一間餐廳,除咗野食要好食之外,餐廳嘅環境同佈置都相當重要,所以今餐飯我同朋友都十分滿意。
