今日同往日唔同,因為要出out job所以搵食搵到黎太子,本來以為呢頭冇野好食,點知呢到原來餐廳都唔少,中午時間黎到呢間燒味餐廳,估唔到鋪位細細,入面竟然坐滿晒人,原來係因為新店剛開張期間,加上午飯時間,我等左5分鐘左右終於有位。第一次食的關係,唔知點咩好,所以點左呢到招排叉燒同燒鵝,咁燒鵝當然就係配瀨粉啦!呢到燒味係分開上的,叉燒梅香唔會浸湯浸到冇晒。肥瘦都均勻,好食主要燒得夠香😋😋新店開張的關係,送老火靚湯,所以我跟餐飲品就叫左凍檸茶。今日例湯係蓮藕紅蘿蔔🥕煲豬踭,講明話無落味精,飲落又真係唔錯,好足料同夠味,唔會淡戌戌咁。燒鵝燒得好入味,有附上甜酸醬可點👍🏻👍🏻薑蓉送飯😍😍外賣好抵食,可惜我唔係住呢頭附近🙈🙈

同朋友傾野但係又有啲肚餓,就選擇左一間裝修比較新淨嘅燒味飯店,裏面好光猛有啲似茶餐廳,都算幾舒服。餐廳餐牌選擇好多,下午時間四點幾照常營業沒有落場時間,所以係呢啲尷尬時間都有得食。我哋就揀咗切雞瀨粉同埋叉燒米粉。啲白切雞好香滑,油分十足,表皮都好香。質素不錯!叉燒來講係王牌,味道比較濃,質感都好鬆化。另外+10幾蚊有一個菜,份量都幾多。可以叫埋茶餐廳飲品~品質也不錯的!慢慢傾而且唔多人,唔需要趕住走,幾舒服!

喺太子經過呢間新開張燒味餐廳,入去是旦食,坐低時侍應已經放碗例湯喺枱面比我,起初以為佢攪錯左,後來見到有新客人入嚟坐低都有例湯送先明白喺送嘅,話時話,而家因為成本問題,有啲餐廳連清水都要問先至有一杯,有例湯送嘅餐廳更加越來越少了。要左半肥瘦义燒,上枱時不單只真的是半肥瘦,仲係微暖,入口咬落去有豬肉嘅質感,唔似出面越來越多燒味餐廳啲义燒落左好多鬆肉粉,入口時舊肉喺好夠諗,但係咬落去真係唔知食緊乜嘢肉,一啲肉嘅質地都冇,所以好欣賞呢間燒味餐廳嘅真材實料,仲有因為佢半肥瘦义燒,入口時不單止有豬肉質感,加上啲少少肥膏仲變得更加有口感,令到成件事更加好味道。當然要左一碗白飯,一啖美味义燒再配一啖白飯,好快趣就食晒了。

星期日過海做完運動,心血來潮想去近日全城熱捧太子叉燒王「齒留香」試下佢嘅叉燒,睇下係咪真係咁架勢堂!店外大排長龍,人潮不斷!等咗一陣,終於可以入去啦!店內師傅營營役役,非常忙碌。好不容易找到位置坐下。急不及待揭開餐牌「搵食」!視乎No.1叉燒係必叫之選!最後都係叫左自己最愛叉雞飯!記得餐廳師傅喺報導講過,如果餐廳連「瘦叉」都整得好食,功力一定有番叫上下!於是我就有個小小特別要求,就係「瘦叉+走汁」。飲品方面就係夏天消暑解渴之選:凍檸茶!叉燒賣相非常吸引,採用厚切方式,肉質一D都唔「柴」。入口叉燒「腍軟」,淡淡蜜汁甜味,即使冇燒味汁加持,依然非常好食。至於雞肉方面,雖然唔係「脾位」,但肉質keep到嫩滑,但相比叉燒,依舊叉燒比較出色!推介呀!

經歷過上次嘅燒鵝得塊皮乳豬變燒肉嘅四寶飯,今次專心試真d個招牌叉燒同燒鵝,於是就叫左叉鵝飯。叉燒冇上次咁肥瘦適中,冇咁好食,始終叉燒唔會舊舊都靚同啱我心水,起碼冇超瘦都算係咁,但就算唔上No. 1,優點只係夠淋,冇特別香味,一般般咁樣,如果係帶住期望咁去試就多數會少少失望。燒鵝今次有肉食,yeah, 但就冇乜鵝油香味,肉都係夠淋,唔似好多其他地方肉會乾同韌,總合黎講都係不過不失,好多地方都會有更好嘅燒鵝(好似前幾日食過嘅深水埗鵝之極品). 油菜,夠大碟,但個人愛好西生菜,而佢係唐生菜,有少少苦味。總結呢個叉燒no. 1體驗,叉燒要食到靚,始終要撞手神,幾十蚊貨仔要保證最好食係好難,無論店家幾有自信都好。如果係有心做No. 1,不妨做最好賣最貴,有質數嘅嘢一定有市場。

Too much expectation. Food taste not really impressed, poor services. Seems they prefer takeaway than dine in. Taking more than 25 mins of queueing, when ordering food everything are out of stocks. Service is poor probably they are following mainland management style. Ordered barbecue pork, taste is not as expected. Understand it is a local Siu Mei stall, I should not put too much on it, compare to those chain restaurants, probably they are much valuable and worth to try. Too much expectation an

來到最近很紅的明星燒味吃飯,看見他的不同燒味也很出名,猶豫了很久才和朋友決定到吃什麼,三個人決定要一個飯一個瀨粉及一個燒鵝例牌作餐。首先叫了叉燒燻蹄瀨粉,之後要了一個叉燒乳豬飯,最後叫了除了叉燒外也很出名的燒鵝, 由於要我沒有例牌的要只有鵝髀及鵝胸給我們選擇,喜歡吃滑滑肉的朋友選擇了鵝髀,只是比鵝胸貴十元,十分抵吃。叉燒果然是這裏最出名的燒味,比起平常街吃的叉燒比較淋身而且香味也很濃郁,沒有一點燒燶的地方,正,鹹度剛好可以用來送飯。乳豬的皮也燒得十分脆,上枱了一段時間也沒有變淋,非常可口,但相對地比較肥。燻蹄對比起來沒想像中特別。另外叫了的燒鵝髀也十分出色,燒鵝髀的皮非常之脆,鵝味濃郁。三個人竟然把這一堆肉也完成了,強。除此之外午餐亦提供免費例湯,例湯沒有加入味精,總括來說,是吃飯的一個好的地方。

首先叫了叉燒燻蹄瀨粉,之後要了一個叉燒乳豬飯,最後叫了除了叉燒外也很出名的燒鵝, 由於要我沒有例牌的要只有鵝髀及鵝胸給我們選擇,喜歡吃滑滑肉的朋友選擇了鵝髀,只是比鵝胸貴十元,十分抵吃。

叉燒果然是這裏最出名的燒味,比起平常街吃的叉燒比較淋身而且香味也很濃郁,沒有一點燒燶的地方,正,鹹度剛好可以用來送飯。乳豬的皮也燒得十分脆,上枱了一段時間也沒有變淋,非常可口,但相對地比較肥。燻蹄對比起來沒想像中特別。另外叫了的燒鵝髀也十分出色,燒鵝髀的皮非常之脆,鵝味濃郁。三個人竟然把這一堆肉也完成了,強。

睇完報導,一心諗住一試。但冇乜驚喜,肉質偏瘦又乾身(唔知有冇得叫半肥瘦)。只係覺得比普通叉燒多左一種甜味,但又講唔出係咩味。總括黎講,話係No.1叉燒,名過於實。

睇左一條youtube片,果籽介紹一個衝出街市開燒味茶餐廳嘅招積老闆,自稱叉燒No. 1, 咁自信嘅態度燃起左我條叉燒癮,一於去試試。近中午時間,一到門口已經見到7,8人在輪候,好在只是等外賣,我一入就有位,但就係一張4人枱已有兩位大叔嘅搭枱位,我個人習慣搭枱冇問題,問題在於枱太細,我一坐下就已經對面隔離同自己都唔舒服想走人嘅感覺,加上走廊一地都係碎屑唔太整潔,環境上一定要扣分,因為差過一般茶記。講返嘢食,招牌一定係叉燒啦,個人因為貪心,叫左"豪得起四寶飯", 一次過試晒想試嘅叉燒,燒鵝同乳豬。份量見到每樣幾舊咁啦,98蚊想有幾多,但係就咁,明明餐牌寫乳豬就變左燒肉,我問待應阿姐,就得一句冇晒乳豬,喂,冇乳豬要同我講得架,換左燒肉就唔係咁嘅價錢啦。試返個燒味個味道,叉燒,係如片中所講肥瘦適中,邊有少少黑左嘅焦,係正嘅。燒鵝,全部冇肉得塊皮,皮下油都冇乜,所以好差,四寶飯分d骨比我,唔太掂,比一舊有肥有肉嘅都好過果幾舊骨啦,感覺被敷衍了。燒肉,皮脆,肉有帶肥花嘅一段,夠淋滑,係好食嘅。薰蹄就一般貨色冇特別。另外送個湯都幾特別,係有一大塊燒豬皮嘅清湯,少少甜味幾特別。總結黎講就氣氛好舊街市
