琴日中午係太子搵食,見到一間門面吸引的燒味店,打算幫襯下,估唔到一食難忘咁吸引!店名「齒留香」顧名思義是食完呢度的燒味會齒頰留香。果然好食,簡直可以形容全九龍最好食的叉燒可以係呢度食到!午餐送粉葛豬骨雞腳湯,濃得來飲完一d口渴感覺都無,肯定絕無味精添加👍🏻見多數人都叫叉燒,我都唔執輸,點了叉燒燒肉雙拼。上台好快,未食已經讓嗅覺享受個夠。叉燒入口嫩而甘香,甜味適中,不會蓋過肉的鮮香。肥瘦適宜,雖然厚切,卻容易咬嚼,每啖都充滿柴火烤製的木香,一流!燒肉雖然係配角(我自己覺得😝),但絕不亞於一級叉燒的滋味!燒肉皮燒到脆脆地,少許燶但不怕苦鹹。肉的肥瘦分明,而瘦偏多所以啱晒多肉少肥的人🤤*我建議只需食原味已經好好,不需要額外點芥末醬,因為本身d肉已經醃得剛剛好,因此燒完味道一流*另一樣值得一讚的係,舖頭賣既款式好多,廚房、燒味部絕不馬虎,值得推介!

見多數人都叫叉燒,我都唔執輸,點了叉燒燒肉雙拼。上台好快,未食已經讓嗅覺享受個夠。叉燒入口嫩而甘香,甜味適中,不會蓋過肉的鮮香。肥瘦適宜,雖然厚切,卻容易咬嚼,每啖都充滿柴火烤製的木香,一流!

燒肉雖然係配角(我自己覺得😝),但絕不亞於一級叉燒的滋味!燒肉皮燒到脆脆地,少許燶但不怕苦鹹。肉的肥瘦分明,而瘦偏多所以啱晒多肉少肥的人🤤
*我建議只需食原味已經好好,不需要額外點芥末醬,因為本身d肉已經醃得剛剛好,因此燒完味道一流*

其實睇完老闆的片段,感覺他牙刷刷,屎忽鬼,食開再興嘅我,已經好想去會一會,睇下佢咩料咁爸之閉!隔了幾個星期,終於有時間去試一試! 入到店內十分光猛和乾淨,可能仍然是下午六點左右,人流未算太多,我因為怕熱氣,所以點了一個叉燒切雞飯,一杯凍奶茶,等了大約八分鐘,終於有得食,第一件事,當然係食叉燒喇!正!肥瘦適中,口感不太硬,味道有炭香味,也不太甜,有肉汁,簡直太好味了,到切雞方面,雞皮很滑,很有雞味,肉汁也足夠,而飯粒方面也很好,軟硬適中! 但凍奶茶方面就有待改進,感覺上是茶放得太耐,不夠新鮮了!所以我只喝了半杯! 整體來說我覺得有八十分,有機會的話我會再試燒肉,燒鵝和乳豬等等的!

陪朋友去買d野路過此地,見到有好多人幫襯齒留香,就入左去食飯我叫左叉燒+炭火手碌乳豬飯,同埋凍檸茶賣相吸引叉燒色澤光潤,肥瘦均勻,蜜汁渗滿係外同內,味道香甜,肉質更嫩滑鬆化,口感鬆軟,超好味而乳豬的皮燒得脆卜卜,肉係半肥瘦,入口香脆鬆化,超級惹味,非常中意朋友就叫左齒留香燒鵝+瑤柱香妃雞飯都係好好味另外有合掌瓜紅蘿蔔湯清清甜甜,滋潤解燥碟碟飯量都好大份,食完好飽,好味好抵食佢地仲有得淨叫燒味架,非常推介

今天有點事要到太子, 那就順道來試試齒留香, 齒留香以靚叉燒作招徠, 叉燒是我愛吃的,也吃過其他賣叉燒出名的店子, 這次來試試店子的水準如何。中午時份來到,店內人客已不少。先來一碗是日例湯青紅蘿蔔煲豬踭,夠熱也清香,足料亦不錯, 紅蘿蔔就是又稔又甜, 這一碗例湯味道唔錯。要了叉燒拼燒鵝飯, 叉燒口感偏稔, 味道也偏甜;鵝皮是燒得脆口,鵝皮唔會有太多脂肪, 鵝肉鮮嫩而滑,唔會太韌,而且肉厚。街坊小店也值得一試的。吃得飽飽, 辦事去也。

睇到網上平台互動廣告,慕名而來,一心品嚐招牌叉燒,街外廚窗睇到叉燒,賣相好靚,等左十零分鐘,終於有位,叫左兩份叉燒米粉,兩杯涷檸水,嚟得一份,涷檸水變熱檸水,又要換,叉燒得個「林」字,平平無奇,大失所望,坐位狹窄。等一段時間才有店員落單,落單你推我讓,得個亂字,兩個人叫兩份同樣食物,嚟錯左,又話唔係佢落單,已經落左單,又要轉枱,枱面匙羹又無,送來的食物錯漏百出,因為轉左枱又無人知....店員個個都好忙,因為枱枱單都錯,真係唔會再幫襯下次。

上網睇到條片,聽講呢度老闆好招積,所以決定黎試一試,有咩咁把炮。餐廳普普通通,同普通燒味舖差唔多。叫左個例牌叉燒。眼見叉燒同其他叉燒無差,但食落去即刻feel到個差別。麻甩佬一定會對叉燒有研究。我成日食屋企樓下既叉燒,相比之下真係天與地。呢個叉燒燒到出邊個一層少少幹同硬,食落feel到特別香。中間既肉先係重點。好滑好多水份既叉燒,真係第一次食到咁軟滑,但出邊個層又咁香既叉燒。另外一個好食既地方係,叉燒出邊燒得幹香,但淋上蜜汁之後,個肉既質感有少少幹身又黏又香。個肉真係有少少痴係牙度,個種少少痴牙又香既口感真係無得輸。口感好豐富。食完叉燒,再叫個回味招牌薰蹄瀨粉。薰蹄夠彈牙,整得有啲似豬耳。口感爽口味道夠。加埋醬一齊食,個味道更特出。個爽口既感覺,又有肉係中間,真係薰蹄先有。而且薰得靚,看似無咩調味料,但味道香。仲有個熱湯送。食得好飽。飲埋熱檸蜜,食左一個好滿足既一餐。抵老闆招積!
