星期日午市繁忙時間一人來到,不用等位,搭枱是意料中事。不料比同枱對面兩個暴發戶慢了兩秒舉手落單,因而多花了兩分多鐘在等他們猶豫不決。及後我用了五秒時間叫了叉燒燒肉飯半肥瘦多飯,跟餐有熱飲之餘再送例湯。No.1叉燒:作為招牌菜,叉燒絕對一流,無論顏色、味道或肉質都無可挑剔,半肥瘦其實都沒有太多脂肪,入口蜜汁味相當濃郁,再搭幾塊瘦叉都是肉淋而不會柴,是為上品。五星燒肉:不過不失,有肥有瘦,上碟是冰冷而脆皮的,只是普通燒肉而不是燒腩,骨頭部份亦比較多,吃到第三塊燒肉皮亦淋了。例湯:紅蘿蔔煲瘦肉,飲得出味精,飲後會涸喉,味道可以接受。飯量:本人叫了多飯所以飯量非常足,飯的質素也屬中上。午飯價錢$53大元在太子不算便宜,總體質素亦算對得起售價。順帶一提搭枱兩位年過半百老人家,何以被我稱為暴發戶。他們兩人叫了一碟例牌叉燒,燒鵝下庄,油菜及瀨粉。可能是打算打包留作晚飯,每碟燒味吃不到3分1便作罷,埋單為$251左右。當然我不會拍下別人的飯餸,以目測叉燒質素比碟頭飯更肥瘦分明,大概會更好吃。離開時間為13:00左右門外已有十多人在輪候入座,想品嚐招牌叉燒的朋友記得早點來呀!

順帶一提搭枱兩位年過半百老人家,何以被我稱為暴發戶。
他們兩人叫了一碟例牌叉燒,燒鵝下庄,油菜及瀨粉。可能是打算打包留作晚飯,每碟燒味吃不到3分1便作罷,埋單為$251左右。當然我不會拍下別人的飯餸,以目測叉燒質素比碟頭飯更肥瘦分明,大概會更好吃。

離開時間為13:00左右門外已有十多人在輪候入座,想品嚐招牌叉燒的朋友記得早點來呀!

今趟點了燒鵝脾貴妃雞飯:未食已經聞到陣陣鵝香味!鵝脾皮甜甜的,皮好脆,第一啖已經令人陶醉!肉嫩不在話下,香到呢~~~ 根本唔捨得食,哈哈!附上的開胃甜醬唔需要點已經好夠味。

至於貴妃雞,忘記了轉脾,雖然俾了雞翼,但勝在夠香及肉滑,下次一定要轉脾食真d!

之前未有分店前已經想試而齒留香但得外賣店,而家有分店有位坐更加要去啦。環境格局普通舊式茶餐廳,不過食物先最重要。價錢係而區來說唔便宜,叉燒飯連野飲48$。我叫了凍檸茶,比較似糖水多d。叉燒飯來到,賣相OK, 飯一看便知唔掂,食落林得很,落得太多水了。叉燒吃落係有一種味同其他燒味鋪既叉燒唔同,醃料相信與一般街外叉燒有少少唔同,但整體味道又唔會因爲而種味而好好食,有焦濃邊而樣可以加分,最好既我會覺得係本身瘦果d部位佢都可以燒到林身,相信真係燒超過一個鐘。整體係有少少特別,但未至於驚為天人,價錢有少少進取,但叉燒份量算多,唔會俾少你。

American Chinese just love Roast goose after one and half a months in the USA I definitely know what I really want to eat the famous and always crowded 'Sweet barbecue and blossom teeth 'On Boundary streetis a professional barbecue restaurant I think their Roast suckling pig 🐷 is the best half roast goose here 138$Which is fair enough 😘I will come again !

又是睇了新聞報導後一試...有無伏...可能比較夜到,不算勁多人,10分鐘可入來進餐,全餐三人食,都是衝著叉燒來,所以叫了三碟叉燒飯,價錢唔平,但碟頭充足,贊,真的足夠勞動人士份量,味道真的是獨特,有自己叉燒的做法與味道,肉質鬆軟,沒有像一些店舖好多時豬肉都有好太陣豬腥臊味!,我相信食開就一定食得出是他店舖的叉燒! 我三人中,有人覺的飯中的汁不夠,叫了伙記拿了一小碗汁,伙記都特意提醒,汁是非常濃咸的,不要落太多,(又真的好咸)大家不要落太多!總括:做的叉燒誠意,值得試, (不過味道好濃郁,可能不可食到太多次)

Having just recently visited a 1-star rated Michelin BBQ restaurant in Central, I can definitely say this store was on par, if not more superb.

I bought the BBQ Pork and Duck on rice. Portion was enough for a heavy eater such as myself. The pork was soft and tender, with good mix of skinny/fat portion. The duck skin was crisp, while meat portion was tender and juicy. Also, we were given free soup of the day.

At the time of this review, the store had been opened for 2 months. The place was clean and neat, staff was amazingly friendly despite large crowd waiting in line. They did not rush our bill and even had casual conversations with us.

The owner stopped by while we were eating and when we complimented about the food, he even sat down and chatted with us.

All in all, it was a great experience with great food and I will definitely be back.

接住試埋個油雞脾,外皮上色剛剛好,色澤均勻,急不及待夾一舊放入口,果然同樣無令我失望。雞皮爽口,無多餘脂肪,皮肉分明,雞脾肉質非常嫩滑,食完滿口油香而唔會有肥膩感。

當我食到一半,沉醉緊係叉燒同油雞脾嘅時候,侍應小姐送上一碗足料老火湯,啱啱話未煲好嘅老火湯已經煲好咗,當然要試埋啦!好有誠意,值得一讚!最後配埋碟蠔油生菜,飲埋杯凍檸茶,是日午餐就大滿足!

聽聞左咁耐,今日放假決定食下。吸引之處:1. 叉燒外層薄薄一層燒得乾同香。肉質好滑,而且有水份。成個口感好潤滑,肥美多汁。外層既香味令叉燒味道更加特出。2. 外層用蜜糖一齊燒過。蜜糖痴住外層叉燒。有種脆同痴牙既口感,的確整得好好味,有自己個人特色。3. 吃過好多間燒味,叉燒黎講,齒留香真係整得比其他燒味店更加用心。一食就知差別係邊。我諗老闆咁囂張,背後一定有佢好多既努力同成果去支撐。4. 乳豬皮香脆肉滑,中間層油唔會太多,所以食多都唔會濟。加甜醬食,味道更甜。乳豬都整得高水準。5. 老火湯煲左好耐,好重粉葛花生味,好甜。仲有大大舊豬肉,正!6. 今日食到既叉燒係最滑最淋又爽口既叉燒,蜜汁唔會太甜,處理得好好。希望下次再食既時候都保持返呢個水準,支持你。
