荃灣廣場附一間家常小店,真係荃灣友介紹先會搵到,記得幾年前黎食過,舖頭唔大,裝修唔華麗,但一陣陣麻辣香飄出嚟,已經足夠吸引人停低腳步最平民嘅係嗰碟手撕包菜,用火候炒到菜葉微焦,仲帶住濃濃嘅鍋氣,啖啖脆甜又唔會覺得油膩,食完仲忍唔住再叫一碟。酸菜魚選用鮮嫩嘅鯇魚,藤椒湯底酸得嚟夠開胃,仲有少少麻得刺激,友人話:呢碗酸菜魚聞落已經覺得正,入口就更加出色口水雞又係一大推介,冇乜多餘嘅花巧,實實在在用心整。雞肉鮮嫩,辣汁香濃,每啖都充滿辣味與麻香,但唔會過頭。荃灣友提醒,呢度嘅辣度比平時重手,平時食小辣嘅,記得試下佢哋特別推介嘅「BB辣」,穩陣啲主打麻辣小炒,菜式簡單但夠有力,配料用得實在,啲味道都入晒心。舖位喺荃灣廣場附近,但唔係人流最旺嘅地段,正因如此,先有一份難得嘅靜謐同親切感,好似街坊介紹嘅秘密基地咁,食過一次,肯定會再嚟

夜晚無啦啦吊辣癮,好想好想食辣🌶️一直經開呢間肥姐都無入過去門面嘅裝修老實說係令我卻步嘅不過今次食完 就後悔自己點解咁以貌取店🫣兩個人食 嗌唔到好多嘢叫咗三樣餸🤤辣子肥腸 (完全唔肥,不過無乜味,夾啲蒜頭食就好好食)麻婆豆腐 (唔係用豆瓣醬整嘅味道,送飯一流!)手撕包菜(無影相)全部都好惹味 睇得出係好俾心機去整😍雖然全部都係辣 但味道係食得出有分別絕對唔係碟碟一樣味👍🏻 而且就算係辣 都唔係好油 唔係一味得個辣字 係有層次有味道嘅辣絕對值得一試~今次叫咗BB辣 佢比一般嘅鋪頭辣啲辣度同出面其他嘅小辣一樣食得辣嘅 可以叫小辣 會再過癮啲!

講起荃灣區嘅正宗川菜,肥姐麻辣餐廳絕對係一間唔可以錯過嘅老字號。呢間開咗成10年嘅餐廳,啲麻辣功夫一啲都冇退步,反而仲愈做愈出色。今次嚟試嘅係佢哋嘅招牌菜 - 明爐香辣魚$268一條大魚,份量十足到爆。啲魚肉新鮮到爆,完全冇半點腥味,肉質嫩滑又彈牙,一啖咬落去仲會爆汁,魚肉嘅鮮甜同藤椒汁完美融合。最正係佢嗰個藤椒味,唔會好似食麻辣咁樣咁重口味得來,反而係一種令人上癮嘅麻香!個汁真係有心思,除咗藤椒麻椒香之外,仲加入咗蒜頭、洋蔥同泡椒,層次感豐富。啲辣椒油金黃透亮。個湯底熬得又香又濃郁,撈啲飯落去食一流最抵讚係佢啲魚肉完全冇煮到散,每一塊都完整又大件,連埋條魚骨都煮得入味。總括嚟講,肥姐嘅明爐香辣魚絕對值268蚊,無論係份量定質素都值回票價。

我都係睇Open Rice食評,見到有間食四川辣野既小店,位置雖然在大馬路,但呢段路比較偏遠的,大部分人會去荃灣廣場果邊用餐,尤其揸車要泊車,商場會方便好多,所以呢間小店可以經歷咁多事件,都仲可以屹立不倒,都幾硬淨。Open Rice內既食評大部分都係讚多,食物質料高,我今晚專登去一試。今日雖然是公衆假期,現場有4枱客,環境都算,寬敞唔會太逼夾。店內枱椅等就有點舊,不過都算乾淨整潔。食物方面,今晚菜單:招牌口水雞 ($88/例)果然香辣非常,不過隻雞就瘦左小小,肉不多。椒焗花甲加粉絲底($98+$12)姨姨話呢度啲食物有啲辣,本來我叫小辣,都改為BB辣,好彩聽話改BB速,真係堅辣,但非常野味,一定要encore。明爐香辣魚($268)本著試下心態,依!唔太辣,但味濃,如果鐘意食蒜頭嘅人,就會非常開心,裏面超多蒜頭伴料,魚皮超脆口,肉質鮮嫩,做得好好。手撕包菜(88/份)無乜驚喜,我會覺得雞油萵筍會更正,不過姨姨話如果有豆苗,下次食雞油豆苗仲正。椰菜餃($42/份)完全不辣,仲要有湯墊底,食完感覺好似重生了。蔥油餅($30/2件)姨姨話蔥油餅係自家制,所以好小油,乾身,蔥油餅好薄身,煎得好香口,食完所有食物,用蔥油餅做結尾,真完滿。

肥姐一向都係我心水餐廳選擇,鍾意佢夠香夠辣,而且啲用料幾好,不過通常晚上去食,有時都覺得少少貴。星期日難得要出去,諗住响荃灣食個午餐,先知原來肥姐有中午套餐,價錢仲平好多。幾個朋友打算試下唔同嘢,所以叫咗一個小火鍋,兩個客飯。麻辣小火鍋:麻辣適中,有菜有肉有寬粉,其實幾夠飽,不過如果再多少少肉會更好~辣子蒜香排骨:排骨多肉,入味,非常香口,配白飯一流,非常喜愛之選。泡椒牛筋腩:筋腩夠淋,泡椒令味道更加出色,如果再辣一點更好。雖然小菜份量比晚上細碟,但午餐完全夠食,又可以滿足下食辣嘅渴望,值得推介~
