喺朋友介紹之下去咗呢間肥姐麻辣餐廳食飯,因為朋友話鐘意食辣,去呢度就最啱!呢間餐廳嘅食物睇得出好用心制作,特別係佢地嘅招牌酸菜魚,係用新鮮鯇魚烹調,魚肉嫩滑鮮美,酸辣味道濃厚,勁足料,食完真係超滿足。另外佢地嘅清炒土豆絲清爽可口,唔會太油膩,辣度適中,而且炒得好夠火喉,好爽脆。至於佢地嘅雲南蒜泥白肉,肉質鮮嫩,加上大量生蒜泥,醬汁豐富,每一啖都充滿咗蒜香同埋肉香,食完之後仲想再嚟多碟,真係每一啖嘅口感都好豐富。呢度嘅環境都幾舒服,裝修簡單,乾淨企理,老闆娘肥姐亦都好友善熱情,令人感覺好親切。總括嚟講,呢度嘅菜式真係值得一試,特別適合鍾意食辣嘅朋友。

今次試咗間係荃灣開左好耐嘅麻辣店。最出名就係佢自家製各種辣椒醬。今日凍凍地來食個烤魚,老闆推介新鮮蒜香烤江團魚,真係令人驚喜!江團魚鮮嫩,經過蒜香烤制後,外脆內滑,香氣四溢,魚肉的鮮味完全保留,配搭上特製的蒜蓉醬,味道更加豐富。每一口都令人忍唔住想多食幾口,真係一個好嘅選擇!而豆腐則係一大亮點,豆腐滑嫩,吸收咗魚嘅鮮味,口感極佳,搭配上少許烤魚醬汁,味道更添層次感。紅薯粉也很有特色,Q彈的口感與魚和豆腐相輔相成,令整道菜更加豐富。不過,紅薯粉的份量適中,剛好平衡咗其他食材的鮮味。自家醃嘅蘿蔔乾味道清新,酸辣適中,係前菜開胃之選。泡菜醃木耳則帶有一絲辣味,脆口又開胃。真係好少食到用新鮮魚來做烤魚嘅店鋪,食過返尋味,感受到廚師的用心。環境舒適,服務友善,適合家庭聚餐或者朋友聚會。

荃灣廣場附一間家常小店,真係荃灣友介紹先會搵到,記得幾年前黎食過,舖頭唔大,裝修唔華麗,但一陣陣麻辣香飄出嚟,已經足夠吸引人停低腳步最平民嘅係嗰碟手撕包菜,用火候炒到菜葉微焦,仲帶住濃濃嘅鍋氣,啖啖脆甜又唔會覺得油膩,食完仲忍唔住再叫一碟。酸菜魚選用鮮嫩嘅鯇魚,藤椒湯底酸得嚟夠開胃,仲有少少麻得刺激,友人話:呢碗酸菜魚聞落已經覺得正,入口就更加出色口水雞又係一大推介,冇乜多餘嘅花巧,實實在在用心整。雞肉鮮嫩,辣汁香濃,每啖都充滿辣味與麻香,但唔會過頭。荃灣友提醒,呢度嘅辣度比平時重手,平時食小辣嘅,記得試下佢哋特別推介嘅「BB辣」,穩陣啲主打麻辣小炒,菜式簡單但夠有力,配料用得實在,啲味道都入晒心。舖位喺荃灣廣場附近,但唔係人流最旺嘅地段,正因如此,先有一份難得嘅靜謐同親切感,好似街坊介紹嘅秘密基地咁,食過一次,肯定會再嚟
