朋友愛吃肉骨茶,所以特意去深水埗試下呢間常常排長龍嘅蘇媽蘇媽,我六點多去到,但都要等十幾分鐘才有台,地方不大,座位都迫,裝修好懷舊,尤其是門口個黑底金漆木招牌,甚有氣派。每個客人入來都係想品嚐呢碗正宗馬來西亞肉骨茶,我見幾乎每台上都有叫,而且仲冇限添飲,一向獨愛馬來西風嘅肉骨茶偏向藥材味濃,呢度用料十足又真係好正相信冬天吃後可暖身更正。百吉爹肉骨茶(大骨),嚿骨非常冧身。淨通菜有少少辣,好惹味。馬拉沙嗲串燒(雞),有好香花生味既醬汁, 調味得相當好 ,係串燒嘅靈魂。

晏晝落開深水埗買d嘢,醒起有次夜晚行過蘇媽好多人排隊,即刻想去試一試佢。同朋友兩個人晏晝黎唔洗等,一黎到就有位,不過要搭枱。黎到當然要試佢個百吉爹肉骨茶啦,唔想食太多肉,所以揀咗一字骨,不過原來都避免唔到有d肥膏....但都叫接受到嘅。佢地勝在肉骨茶個湯係一人一碗,而且可以添,藥材味亦好夠,呢個真係要讚。之後再叫咗個檳城白咖哩油麵,個麵望落平平無奇,原來係要加埋佢地秘製的小辣醬先會帶出淡淡香味。健康嘅人梗係叫個菜啦,佢個玻璃魷魚通菜份量都ok,唔會多菜少魷魚,味道唔算濃,不錯的推介。美中不足個薏米水,d薏米實在太硬,令人完全唔想食到一粒薏米。

呢間蘇媽之前係FB俾人係咁洗版,加埋呢間分店近黃金,唔使去到基隆街咁遠,同埋本人我都好鐘意食馬拉野但又揾唔到真係好食嘅係香港,所以就一於試下呢間好唔好味先.............呢間係樓下買左野食&俾左錢就可以上隔離樓上去坐住等.....入面普普通通當係有個地方俾你食下野咁..野食方面:蝦面: 紙碗太細,變左好難食面時同時飲埋湯,而且面吸晒湯,好易發漲左,配料不過不失,同出面食嘅LAKSA一樣同魚蛋,蝦,芽菜等等,湯底飲得出係有用乾蝦去整,味都算濃,但唔算好味,而佢每碟野上面都會附上一匙醬料,但我又唔覺得加左佢會好味左......."淄"肉卷: 買左2條份量,用腐皮包住,有少少脆,入面有肉,有D菜唔多知係咩野,都好味呀;老鼠粉:寫到明好出名,我覺得係靠個汁黎調味,估唔到有"蠟"腸食,幾意外其實最好係個2杯野飲,柑桔話梅水夠開胃,冬瓜龍眼茶又唔會死甜呢間唔算係特別好味,不過不失,食過就算

老公今日生日放早,可以食蘇媽,唔洗排隊,仲有下午茶餐食,真係有生日驚喜。椰香咖央多士多士焊得透,咖央醬份量剛好,又不太甜,不錯!話知你啦薄餅配咖喱個名特別,又有驚喜。薄餅即叫即整,不太厚皮,又熱騰騰,咖哩有椰香,少辣,好好味! 喇沙米缐有青瓜、菠蘿、洋蔥、生菜和粉,唔夠味道,好淡。肉骨茶任添,夠熱,好濃藥材味。我食呢個三層肉,肉質軟冧,又入味,一定要再黎食過!咖啡不太甜,香濃的咖啡,又有奶香,夠滑!

聽聞深水埗多左好多新野食,抱住掃街心態黎搵食。行過見到少有既馬拉野食,仲要咁過癮坐街邊夠晒風味。唔食乜好就問個收銀姨姨,姨姨好好人問食唔食得辣,就推介左老鼠粉同福建蝦麵,為食就叫埋串燒。menu寫得非常清楚有啲乜材料唔食得辣既食福建蝦麵(大),都真係幾大碗,個湯椰味香濃,麵係油麵,鐘意佢配料多,最正就係果匙辣醬🤤有啲蝦米粒辣得黎香。老鼠粉即銀針粉用馬拉醬油蝦米蔥花靜撈撈下,味道穩陣。飲品係檸檬薏米同羅漢果茶味道正常。串燒就無乜肉,但個腌料就幾好食。佢啲沙嗲係好杰身有種魚露香,唔似普通花生醬加辣椒溝出黎既。賣嘢食個姨姨自己燒完都自己食咗幾串😂問我地好唔好食,佢自己都話串燒好食
