芝麻蝦多士都幾大件,入口香脆有芝麻味,蝦肉幾爽口。
脆皮素春卷入口唔油膩,炸得好脆口,個sauce酸酸甜甜地有好開胃。

Chefs Soup:鮮蟹肉粟米羹
個湯好多蟹肉,質地唔算太杰,味道入口好甜既粟米味。

Chefs Buns:香酥鴨掛包
感覺似台灣既刈包,鴨肉一絲絲,包入裡少少醬汁,入口味道香濃。

Main Courses:脆皮燒牛肋骨配咖啡汁 + $98
牛肋骨有驚喜,外皮香脆,肉質嫩而鬆軟,牛肉味濃,咖啡汁係英國入口既咖啡,經過特制既配方,唔算好辣容易入口,配上牛肋骨一齊食,味道好夾。

令味道更提升。特別的脆皮牛肋肉!!牛肉濃郁,口感軟熟有脂香,香脆外皮,增添口感~

Main Courses:有甜豆蘆筍炒三鮮 + $98
三鮮有大蝦、帶子、魷魚,十分新鮮,大蝦肉質彈牙,配菜甜豆、蘆筍、三色椒炒得好入味。

英式煙肉粟米粒炒蛋飯:
Main Courses配有炒飯,入口飯粒分明,而且煙肉塊同粟米,增加左飯既口感。

Chefs Dessert:有朱古力榛子蛋糕 / 檸檬慕絲蛋糕
朱古力榛子蛋糕面上有開心果同杏仁碎,慕絲入口幼滑,入口稍甜。
檸檬慕絲蛋糕味道帶酸,正好中和左朱古力榛子蛋糕既甜,個人比較中意檸檬慕絲蛋糕。

老友預備移民,所以整返餐Farewell lunch過佢。揀咗呢個每位$888的Tasting Menu,食物質素好好,味道也很不錯,值得再去。happy hour時段,Aperol Spritz之類嘅雞尾酒做特價,只需$65,幾chill!餐廳開咗三年,疫情前去過前身,都幾喜歡有露台的setting,如果涼啲可以喺戶外搞alfresco dining,幾適合公司gathering,希望餐廳老闆可以越早越好!
