是夜懶人停煮,在老店三六九買了外賣回家。酸辣湯料子甚多,豬紅、荀絲、菇絲、肉絲等,口感豐富,酸辣味剛剛好,而且十分大碗,一碗足夠二人享用。以肉絲、雞絲及火腿做成的三絲冷麵,至美味的是麵條,爽滑彈牙,混入麻醬,夾著三絲一起放入口中,惹味無窮。舊式煎窩貼都是皮厚肉多,這個亦不例外。但就比例上來說皮的厚度還可接受,皆因每只窩貼都很大隻,半軟半脆的餃皮包著汁多大球的肉餡,也很滋味。此外還有一客炒豆苗,炒得夠爽,不會塌成一堆。老店的味道,越老越鍾意。

If any of you are thinking of eating at this place next time, don't trust their booking...waited outside for half an hour (now 7:30pm) for our table reserved for 10 person at 7pm and even when we decided to leave they still say needs few more minutes and heard another guy not in uniform but probably one of the bosses say well if they can't wait then let them leave (then what's the point of taking phone table reservations)...while they were continuing to allow smaller table of new customers in...

Very good Shanghai place not far from the Wan Chai MTR. Inexpensive and efficiently run. I have been here many times and everything I have ever ordered has been at least "good". I usually get xiaolongbao and the fried pork chop with noodle. It can get noisy and is kind of a dive, I like places like that. Definitely recommend 3.6.9.

豉椒炒蜆,罕見又難得生炒活蜆,原汁原味又鮮甜無比,飽滿肥嘟嘟,嫩滑彈彈又充滿海水咸香。豉椒芡甜美可口,不嗆不濁,厚薄適中唔會杰撻撻,高質美味又滿意!

芽菜炒鱔糊,清炒跟芽菜炒各有特色,各有滋味之處。鱔柳同樣味濃結實又彈牙,混上辛辣蒜蓉惹味帶甜又吸引,芽菜爽嫩充滿水份趙到索索聲!各濕所長,併奏美味樂章,不錯不錯。

獅子頭,份量都不少,熱騰騰送上兩大舊獅子頭配大量白菜仔,氣味芬芳撲鼻,熱力迫人,裝得碟子滿瀉!雖然做不到花功夫的全手剁免治豬肉,不過質感還算滿意。

先炸後炆的巨肉丸外層鬆化吸盡醬汁,裡面水潤肉汁處處,趙落豬味濃而富彈性。重口味,味道特濃又霸道,來碗白飯伴一伴是最好的選擇!

豆腐砂鍋裡有大大塊的傳統豆腐(街市買的那種)豆腐的滑嫩和香味 喜愛豆腐湯的人值得試試。 

如果話要挑剔 擔擔麵應該是其中比較不喜歡 雖然麵條是用和陽春麵一樣的細麵(白色的幼麵)有嚼勁 可惜湯汁太鹹 如果可以少鹹 就非常完美。

今次實在是已經點了太多菜 但心中 還有鱔糊 八寶辣醬 等心頭好 留待下次吧!!!

Other Info. : 豆腐砂鍋內有大量內臟 如果怕的人 可能就不適合。 用餐時候 不停有waiter/waitress 加熱茶 和送上紙巾 這在傳統餐館來說 應該是買少見少的服務!!!

諗住去附近興記食碗麵然後過對面做gym, 點知興記放假閂門,反而俾機會我去一排無食過既三六九。三六九近年有唔少旅客捧場,坐位比較緊張,今日唔算好多人,正合心水。環境係舊式格局,令人專心品嚐美食(咁都得) 去親上海館,都係叫回鍋肉菜飯,貪惹味好餸飯,陣間做gym又要努力d喇五十幾蚊(包埋加一), 有湯有餸有飯(菜飯另加錢), 灣仔黎講ok啦紅青蘿蔔豬骨湯熱辣辣,清清地,幾舒服。 回鍋肉其實唔難煮,最緊要醬汁唔可以"杰撻撻"一pat 野, 反正上海菜講求濃油赤醬,油d 濃味d都唔怕! 呢到炒得都唔錯,稍嫌係肉切得薄左少少。筆者食過其他地方有"厚切版", 正好多架!菜飯超大碟!!味道唔錯,應該係"即撈"個隻,保持菜青綠有口感,飯又唔會立口,好過將菜放埋飯裏面焗甚至煲個d 啦最後竟然食得哂成碟飯,唔知要做幾多運動先減得返喇

紅青蘿蔔豬骨湯熱辣辣,清清地,幾舒服。

回鍋肉其實唔難煮,最緊要醬汁唔可以"杰撻撻"一pat 野, 反正上海菜講求濃油赤醬,油d 濃味d都唔怕! 呢到炒得都唔錯,稍嫌係肉切得薄左少少。筆者食過其他地方有"厚切版", 正好多架!

今日拿了假,就順便過來探一位在這裡附近返工的老朋友。經這位朋友介紹就來了這間老字號上海菜館,入到來也見有一些遊客似乎是慕名而來。我們兩人共order了蝦仁炒蛋($46)和回鍋肉($41)均有湯和飯附送。湯很快就到了,估不到相當大碗。似乎見我們兩個人,就用大碗裝起,再給碗仔我們兩人自己分。我和朋友各飲了兩碗仔也還有少少多。之後我們的蝦仁炒蛋($46)和回鍋肉($41)也到了。蝦仁炒蛋一看就覺大件夾抵食,炒蛋和鮮蝦份量也足,而且炒蛋入口香滑,蛋味豐富,鮮蝦也肉質鮮嫩又夠大隻。至於回鍋肉辣味也適中,肉切薄片而諗,好感一流又入味。不過就油略為多了些,顯得有些油膩。之後鄰座有亞裔人士望了我們的菜式一會,便以英文問我們叫的菜式是菜單上哪一項。他們覺得相當吸引,打算點來也嘗一嘗。今餐好好味,老字號果然有料到。
