馳名多年的飯店, 終於有機一試小份的一籠五隻, 原來這裡的是厚皮汁一般多, 有點兒在意料之外, 可能是這店的特色吧!冷盤份量不少, 花生醬汁十分多而且很濃, 不像很多其他地方的調稀得多小碗份量大約夠三人吃, 料多, 味道又不夠酸且不夠辣, 其實只像碗仔翅炸得很乾身的鴨, 例牌剛好夠淺嚐, 不油膩, 很脆口, 一定要拌甜醬吃才有味道甜酸汁較濃, 味道太搶, 魚炸得不錯, 當然是較腥, 所以可能是汁濃的原因, 以蓋過腥味, 魚算多肉, 但要小心很多小骨服務一般, 由於太忙, 出餐時間久, 伙記們沒什麼語言技巧, 容易得罪客人都不知道, 又不懂英語, 有外國客人差點發火想走...忙的時候絕對要撘枱, 看見一張大圓枱撘坐了起碼3組不同客人, 很爛場呢...

今天同朋友去左食上海三六九,店名都幾可愛既,佢D菜式名也一樣都幾可愛嫁。首先叫左個三鮮麵。果然咩有齊,雞,雞係白切,無咩多餘既調味,夠哂清新不過唔會油膩,可以用鬆化去形容D肉質,唔錯,仲有D厚切火腿,之後就係蝦仁,都算大隻既,不過就有十幾廿隻,所以都值既,而且都係新鮮唔係急凍,麵方面就有得可揀幼粗,我自己就食幼既。麵質都幾滑黏黏地,正,而且吸到少少湯,唔錯,依個麵幾好食。不過湯底就淡左少少。鍾意味道淡淡地既朋友,就岩哂喇,朋友就叫左一個酸辣麵,不過只係微辣,材料好足嫁,又有蝦仁,絲荀絲木耳咩都有D咁。佢話粗麵好食過我個幼麵好吃,而且個湯都好醒胃。,不過自己唔好酸,無計。

侍應嬸嬸拎左兩個小碗給我們,再送上一大碗的青紅蘿蔔排骨湯,湯底有蘿蔔和排骨的芳蹤,味道清甜。雖則難以與母親大人的愛心足料靚湯相比,但味道可以接受也,起碼味精不會落得太過重手。老爹邊飲湯,嘴裏邊咕嚕著,說正宗的上海客飯應該是配一大碗黃豆排骨湯的……

不久,回鍋肉客飯$38上枱了。嘩﹗一餸竟有兩碗飯﹗?
老爹不屑地噔了小妹一看,彷彿在嘲笑小妹的愚昧無知。繼而,他又在細說當年,上飯客飯極為抵食,兩碗白飯也是大大碗的,不像現時般只有兩小碗。吓,還嫌小?﹗小妹最多也只能吃一碗喎。
最後,四碗飯,退回了一碗,以免浪費。

回窩肉菜多肉少,椰菜、青椒和豆腐乾處處可見,回窩肉則有如恆沙數,少得可憐,老爹不禁怨聲沸騰﹗不過,對小妹而言,毫無損失也。一來,小妹愛吃具咬口的炒椰菜和豆乾;二來,飯店的豬肉質感和味道不甚討好,不是好貨色,不吃也罷。這道小菜炒得香濃惹味,絕對有上海濃油赤醬的味道。可是,辣味稍遜而甜味較濃烈的醬汁又惹火了老爹﹗嘻嘻…怕辣的小妹卻甚是喜歡。

蝦仁炒蛋客飯$43甫見賣相,已大喜也﹗鮮黃炒蛋份量十足,蝦仁也落得頗為闊綽。挾一口放入口中細嚼,炒蛋火喉控制極為準繩,十分香滑且富蛋味;蝦仁則一般而矣﹗

2. Pork Chop with Veggie Rice- When the waiter first put down the meat, I wasn't too impressed because of its look. It looked as if it had been sitting, but I was WRONG. 
 It was hot and absolutely delicious! It has been a long while since I've had such good tasting pork. The seasoning was perfect. The veggie rice too was very flavourful. Usually the rice is packed with MSG, so I get very thirsty afterwards, but I was okay after eating it.

3. Veggie with Shredded Pork- This came with 2 bowls of white rice and soup. This sounds stupid, but the flavours tasted very Shanghainese. Ha. It was good, just a bit greasy.

4. Xiao Long Bao (5)- We ordered 5, but 10 came, which explains the big steamer it was served in. The first staff refused to admit that the order was wrong, but then another came over and kindly took the extra 5 away. These babies were juicy. The taste was not bad, but the flavour of ginger was quite strong.

The service was a mix of good and bad. Some were nice and some just didn't care. Oh well. 

Final Verdict:
The pricing is very reaonable and the taste is good. I noticed that a lot of people ordered the Shanghainese fried noodles, so I want to try that next time.

無心插柳下搵到呢間傳統上海飯店,埋單都係$112, 抵食有機會再去的話要試吓門口一排展現出嚟嘅冷盤,好給引。
