很久沒有去傳統的上海菜館了。回憶裡,在大道東有家很傳統的上海老店,那時年紀小,常在那裡吃客飯、鍋貼,小籠包,豆沙鍋餅。後來搬到九龍,這段回憶,消失了。這家店,也變成某銀行的分行。現在,重回舊地上班,少不免會做很多「尋找回憶」的動作。原來,這家老店搬到了辦公室附近。然後,找天去試試。午膳時間,人滿為患。站在店外的侍應見我一人前來,馬上安排位子。搭擡和人擠人,是常識。很傳統的菜單,但我一早已想到要吃甚麼:「一個蝦仁炒蛋客飯」,可選白飯和菜飯,五十餘元,在灣仔而言,合理的價錢。環境很老舊,但清潔程度尚可接受。侍應態度很有效率,也算是友善。先上的是例湯,沒下味精,湯頭清澈,熱度充足,味道很新,很有在家的感覺。再過了一會,蝦仁炒蛋上桌了。上海菜的蝦仁炒蛋,一大舊的賣相畢竟和我們常吃嫰滑的炒蛋總是有差。份量而言,足夠二人分享。調味太淡,若多一點鹹味更佳。蝦仁部份,只是一般......五十元的客飯,還想怎樣﹖不能以人間美食來形容,但吃回記憶中的味道感覺仍是很溫暖的。

環境很老舊,但清潔程度尚可接受。侍應態度很有效率,也算是友善。

先上的是例湯,沒下味精,湯頭清澈,熱度充足,味道很新,很有在家的感覺。

上海菜的蝦仁炒蛋,一大舊的賣相畢竟和我們常吃嫰滑的炒蛋總是有差。份量而言,足夠二人分享。調味太淡,若多一點鹹味更佳。蝦仁部份,只是一般......五十元的客飯,還想怎樣﹖

不能以人間美食來形容,但吃回記憶中的味道感覺仍是很溫暖的。

Other Info. : 其實在香港,這種舊式上海菜小店,真的因敵不過租金而買少見少,就算食過其他集團式那麼富麗堂皇的上海菜,仍然找不到這種味道和風味,我們要好好支持,多多幫襯。

Xiao Long Bao. Although not neat placed with served, these were ok. Skin wasn't thin but more of the traditional style where the skin is thicker. Filling was moist but not bursting with juicy soup. I fount it interesting they served it on a thin piece of lettuce like how it was served in the old days before steaming it in paper like it is now.

We totalled at $120 for the whole meal. The food was ok but not great. Very old school Shanghai than the new style that is served now a days. My dad would approve. Definitely an interesting place to eat. I would return.

已經九點,大家都只想食個晚飯就回家去,灣仔雖然食肆都唔少,但當大家都無主意食什麼時,多選擇反而令大家都頭痕﹗本來想隨便找間茶餐廳搞掂時,突然想起這間三六九,得意的名字,一說出來,大部份人都不知是什麼,這是一間上海菜的老舖。在小時候,爸爸常帶我去光顧此店,不過我去的是荃灣店(應該都是只一集團),可惜經時代的洗禮,現在只剩下灣仔這間,當然要來懷緬一下。我們要了一鍋雲吞雞,份量很足﹗還有朋友指定的雞絲煨麵,平時我食上海菜很少食煨麵,這裏的湯底很香濃,而且份量平其他店舖多,大家都大讚無介紹錯﹗再來一個回鍋羊肉,夠野味,羊肉可能帶點羶味,但對我來說這是羊味。另叫了楊洲炒飯,感覺用料新鮮和不會油膩。當然來到食上海菜要叫來一籠小籠包,才叫圓滿。

我們要了一鍋雲吞雞,份量很足﹗還有朋友指定的雞絲煨麵,平時我食上海菜很少食煨麵,這裏的湯底很香濃,而且份量平其他店舖多,大家都大讚無介紹錯﹗再來一個回鍋羊肉,夠野味,羊肉可能帶點羶味,但對我來說這是羊味。
另叫了楊洲炒飯,感覺用料新鮮和不會油膩。當然來到食上海菜要叫來一籠小籠包,才叫圓滿。

味道依舊,就是傳統的做法。小龍包唔會像新式的一樣超爆汁,就是舊式的鮮味一口。水餃是厚皮上海式,不是很濃但很家族的感覺。wo貼都不錯,唯一,汁可再多d更好,愛舊風味可以一試。

回到電腦節的期間, 青蛙與豬大人都有去湊一湊熱鬧。當然在入場前, 先要醫飽個肚仔才有氣力抬電腦返家啦~~''上海三六九菜館''青蛙打從前一份工作時, 已經一直想試,但不知為何, 直到離開灣仔區工作都無緣光顧~趁今次晏了到達灣仔, 能就到營業時間,一於拉著豬大人去試啦!!! ^^青蛙就是喜歡它那懷舊的招牌,它就像一位生活在灣仔的老人家,經歷了灣仔區的轉變﹑興衰,即使周糟的建築物已面目全非,它仍屹立不倒!!第一次走進餐館內,發現內裡的佈置同樣充滿古早風格。餐牌上的食物種類泛多,但我倆見有提供午市客飯, 於是選擇了兩款到上海菜館必點的菜來試試~先來的是跟隨客飯的例湯。雖然不是什麼用料十足的貴價湯水,但卻是清甜可口, 有在家喝湯的感覺。回鍋肉 ($39)濃味就是上海菜的icon,回鍋肉更是代表菜色的其中之一~這裡的回鍋肉切得薄薄的﹑不韌又入味!!至於簡單而又必備的蔬菜沾滿了濃味的醬汁,但同時仍能保持應有的爽甜。既香口且帶有微辣的一道小菜, 送飯吃一流呀!!!!炒鱔糊 ($80)青蛙點名要吃的小菜, 小小的一碟,但索價八十個大洋, 以客飯來說算貴。當然, 味道是值回票價的!!先說說其醬汁微稠帶甜

店員不奉上飯時都不知道,

原來每份客飯都包了兩碗白飯,

但由於份量太多, 為免浪費,

我們即時退回了兩碗白飯~~

一輪狂風掃落葉後,

最後就是甜品時間!!

鍋餅即整熱辣辣, 但外層的餅皮偏硬;

餅皮內夾滿豆沙, 不算太甜, 但多吃感覺膩...

希望下次有機會, 可以再試其他的菜色呢!!! ^^

閒時中午買外賣各樣的客飯都好得,星期五晚在灣仔有節目又未夠鐘,所以見到369 一直都是外賣好耐冇試過堂食,於是走入去試下,這間是一間很傳統的上海菜館,沒有特別的裝修是一種由細食到大的感覺,入去坐底叫了 擔擔麵 三鮮冷麵 小籠包 豆沙鍋餅等。先講擔擔麵 麵新幼好淋沒有濃濃的花生味和食開的大不同b賣相方面見到都。。。致於三鮮冷麵個醬汁好濃好香可惜是火腿破壞了成個冷麵,小籠包皮厚湯汁小但肉鮮味幾普通,豆沙鍋餅還可以不太甜,可能這間上海菜館的麵食是唔係好得的,下次再試都是叫返一些較傳統的客飯或小菜相信會穩陣好多。
