最近不想吃火鍋放題,朋友又只吃牛,就選擇去616 啦!旺角呢間貪佢放便行街shopping 🤭。因為知道8:30 後有折就人多,只好食6:30 啦,90分鐘都可以的。其實已經來過兩次,試咗幾個不同的部位,自己和朋友都喜歡#牛頸脊#匙柄#橫隔肌#肩胛翼板,仲有蝦滑、豆腐、烏冬都好啱我哋胃口。湯底都係叫牛骨清湯,可以不失牛的鮮味。唯美中不足,一始終有些牛肉都知道雪咗一段時間,新鮮感扣分囉!但整體用餐都感到滿意,服務也可以。廁所就非常唔得,只有一個殘廁,又要排隊又冇咸水沖廁🤮,要自己在大水桶筆水。如果下次要去616 要揀其他分店。

真係講咗好多年想食616,琴晚心血來潮終於book到枱食🥹我哋兩個人叫咗個二人餐,真係食到捧住個肚😂 有成6款唔同既牛肉,可以試到好多野。我哋仲加咗錢轉鴛鴦鍋,沙嗲同牛骨湯。個沙嗲係超濃稠個種,好夠味,同黎煮公仔麵加埋牛肉好正,但就有啲太重口味,食得多會咸🙈 牛骨湯相對上清淡好多,用黎煮牛肉會比較食到牛肉既原味👍🏻 而牛骨湯裏面啲白蘿蔔超~甜~成餐飯都食得好滿足,而且我覺得好開心有適合兩個人打邊爐既地方😂

616係香港人經常食嘅火鍋,主打食牛肉。基本上每次去都會食好多唔同牛嘅部分。鍾意呢到款式好多,食極都唔厭。特別鍾意食騸古牛,牛胸爽。今次嚟仲估唔到餐廳有提供日本長野縣直送香港嘅信州和牛,雖然係日本貨,但都唔係貴好多,都係$7x就一碟。基本上都係好抵食,其他牛都係$5x-$6x為主,飽到癲都係幾百蚊🤭湯底叫咗牛雜,佢都有好多牛雜料係裡面,抵食👍🏼呢到連2個人都適合嚟,因為每碟份量正常但便宜,兩個人叫5-6碟都好夠飽
