我選嘅係鴛鴦火鍋湯底,邊係酸菜微辣另外一啲係牛骨湯,兩邊都好香濃,但酸菜湯會比較多油咗小小😬

之後我地甜咗四款牛,當中個人最喜歡挽手腩同牛腩,口感夠淋又重牛味,而且脂肪比例得宜,食完口腔還有牛的香味喔!

食完後之後,落豆漿同烏冬同蔬菜,可以吸引返香濃嘅牛肉湯

元朗都幾多邊爐店,但專食牛肉嘅就無乜,一於搵埋朋友去試下。舖頭就喺士林隔離,好易搵。門面同一般邊爐店差不多,入到去見到好多玩具、棋盤,裝修行懷舊風,都幾搞笑。坐低睇食乜,一路聽住歌一路用iPad點菜,有種去左k房嘅感覺~order完,店員會拎個漏斗泥計時,20分鐘以外先上枱嘅野就唔計錢。唔洗一分鐘,就泥野飲,果然好快手。菊花桂圓露,清清地唔太甜,又幾潤喉,唔錯~至於原漿啤酒,入口香甜,質感比生啤濃厚,幾特別,感覺有啲似韓式米酒。然後鍋泥喇~怕太辣所以叫左個鴛鴦鍋,一邊牛骨湯底一邊鮮青椒湯底,滿佈粒粒青辣椒,視覺一流。水蓮好少見,店員教淥6,7秒就好食,真係~脆架~~羽衣甘藍清新無苦澀味,一樣淥幾秒就食得,凹凸嘅表面索晒啲湯汁,辣得好過癮。點左3款肉,最前面係挽手腩,望落好新鮮,食落肉味尚算濃郁。右後係牛駝峰,同柑桔牛肉汁好夾喎又真係,有提升左肉味嘅感覺。至於左面係牛朴肉,3款之中最肥美,一咬果然油香爆發。個人覺得最有驚喜係牛丸,好耐無食過好食嘅牛丸,無雪味又好有彈性,咬開會feel到有肉汁慘出泥,大大粒好抵食,推介~最後泥個鴛鴦烏冬做總結,一邊吸晒啲青椒精華,好惹味。另一邊點柑桔牛肉汁

呢度野食同環境都唔錯,氣氛好輕鬆,慢慢傾慢慢食,得閒要再同好友泥小酌一番,嘆番晚~
