心血來潮想吃串燒,但又怕成身油煙味,友人介紹我來這間落單式的串燒,不用自己燒又不怕食完會成身味喎。好,就一於落單試試。由於我是食肉獸,先來吃網燒安格斯牛,上碟後已經分成一塊塊,因為係肉眼部分,吃起來肉質較挺身,而網燒煮法又令整塊肉燒得均勻,內裡更有肉汁流出。跟住黎既都係肉,仲要係日本黑豚肉,今次係用鹽燒,所以燒出黎較乾身,呢個肉眼部分口感都係較肉感,襯埋日本介末,咸裡帶點辣,夠惹味。食肉係停唔到口,跟手黎條免治雞肉串,燒得完全唔會燶,外皮燒成微脆,將雞肉串插入日本原隻雞蛋裡面,令口感夠滑之外,仲有濃厚雞蛋與雞肉味道,屬高質的肉串。最後來埋油揚豆腐,外皮炸成超脆,但豆腐肉裡面都幾滑,加上薑蓉同蘿蔔蓉,令豆腐的黃豆味道更突出。

食肉係停唔到口,跟手黎條免治雞肉串,燒得完全唔會燶,外皮燒成微脆,將雞肉串插入日本原隻雞蛋裡面,令口感夠滑之外,仲有濃厚雞蛋與雞肉味道,屬高質的肉串。
最後來埋油揚豆腐,外皮炸成超脆,但豆腐肉裡面都幾滑,加上薑蓉同蘿蔔蓉,令豆腐的黃豆味道更突出。

豆腐沙律($68) - 老公是超級豆腐控, 我也很喜愛豆腐的味道, 日式豆腐那絹滑細緻又是中式豆腐所不能相比的. 這豆腐配以新鮮沙律菜, 車厘茄, 日式麻醬, 還有鋪面的紅海藻絲, 顏色已是奪目吸引, 味道也是喜出望外清新爽鮮, 口感涼快, 簡單素雅, 吃得健康無負荷感.

蒲燒鰻魚($118) - 該店招牌是仙台牛舌, 可惜... 真可惜...我不愛.. 幸好選擇還有很多, 鰻魚我相信是即使不愛吃魚如我鄰座那先生, 也會乖乖張口吃的一種魚. 不算特別的食物, 但做得出色卻不多, 不是肉質偏軟偏爛, 就是鰻魚汁不夠味或太鹹, 總難找到高水準的. 這燒鰻魚卻是做得不錯, 魚身肥美, 脂肉有黃金比例, 不會只吃到一口油或只有肉, 咬下仍保持表層微脆硬, 肉質結實不霉, 難得沒鰻魚常見的泥味, 醬汁亦甜中帶鹹, 味道剛剛好, 一碟4件頗厚切, 價錢算是公道.

七味魚翅($58) - 來居酒屋飲兩杯是常識吧, 不過自有小朋友後戒了杯中物, 一戒開也沒有衝動再碰了, 全心做一個不煙不酒的好媽媽啦. 但佐酒小吃仍然是我心頭好, 這七味魚翅很有韓國河豚干的影子, 很有嚼勁, 鹹鹹地, 一條可慢慢咬, 好香口惹味.

網燒安格斯肉眼($138) - 比預期中份量大, 性價比頗高, 店員會先問要幾成熟, 要了5成, 切開後內裡仍然淡紅, 應該是6成左右, 熟成度控制得不錯, 但頭尾則較熟, 這也是正常現象. 安格斯牛扒肉味很有保證, 香濃, 肉稔, 肉汁多, 配以日式燒汁, 提味又不會搶去肉的鮮味.

用膳當晚有一枱日本人用餐, 現塲一直播着日文歌, 更像置身日本, 店員也很有禮貌, 但可能開店時間尚短, 難免甩漏, 經常送錯餐. 這裡確實比較適合上班族放工後來happy hour, 食物質素不錯, 價錢也公道, 唯一比較奇怪是洗手間要跟鄰店share, 有點不便. 至於平時嚷着要吃的QB, 在昏暗柔和的燈光下很快就進入夢鄉, 我們也難得能享受一餐安樂茶飯.

口感有點像雞泡魚乾, 非常有咬口,  吃一口不自覺地就飲就會一大啖BEER, 味道略感有點濃, 如可減少一點調味, 作為佐酒小酒就一百分了.

香炸八爪魚
這個炸八爪魚實是高級料理的級數,份量也不少 外層炸漿厚薄剛剛好, 調味又適中, 牢牢地鎖住那新鮮的八爪魚. 沒有太多多餘的油份, 真的做到外脆內軟, 惹味而不油膩, 沾上小量沙拉醬, 更是美味. 是必食number one.

採用原隻大啡菇鹽燒, 兩面也燒成焦香, 中間部分水份還能保留着,  中間伴以木魚碎伴食, 老實說, 比一般煎釀大菇更能滲出菇本身的香味和味道.  份量也比想像多呢.

蒲燒鏝魚
以下三個屬主菜類, 先來一客蒲燒鏝魚, 這個菜實在很考廚師的功力, 控制火喉不當, 會燒乾鏝魚或讓魚肉變腥, 白白浪費了這貴食材, 加上毎家毎戶也有自己的獨特醬汁, 味道分別是容易分得出來. 這裡的蒲鏝份量雖然不多, 但味道是上佳的. 肉質保持着JUICY, 入口慢慢溶化, 外內兩邊也是燒得像有一層蜜糖的焦香, 這實是醬汁的功勞.

網燒安格斯肉眼
這塊牛塊最棒的地方是肥瘦剛好, 從健康的角度當然是全瘦是最好, 但從好吃的角度,  我自覺肥瘦比例是一比三是最佳. 一口咬下, 濃濃的牛肉味中間夾雜着牛的油香, 完全沒有根位, 雖然沒有像和牛般入口即溶, 但我個人認為順以佐酒的角度, 這塊有點咬口的肉眼更為配合.

日本黑豚肉眼塩
從色澤上感覺這豚肉味道比較淡, 但吃下去調味也是足夠, 肉質方面, 可能大部分也是瘦肉, 缺少了一點油香, 同時, 我本人認為廚師可以烤得兩面更焦香, 多了這一點焦香味和油份, 肯定能大大提升這道菜的評價.

豆腐沙拉
吃了那麼多肉類, 是時間反過來吃個沙拉作結. 對於我這個豆腐控, 這裡的日本豆腐除了豆味香濃外, 還有真旳非常的滑溜, 配以柚子汁作伴, 絶對能幫助消化, 再點多幾款小食和飲多一ROUND 吧

整体來說, 這裡確是很適合一班老友, 把酒言歡, 談談心事又好, 是非也好, 席間有不少日本客人, 或許這正是日本的文化吧
小小提示, 這裡的坐位雖也不少, 但觀乎週中也高朋滿座, 請大家早些訂枱為妙

Tofu Salad $68

It was pretty surprising for its big portion size for only $68! They have 4 big pieces of Japanese tofu with a strong soy bean taste with a big of grainy texture. The salad is pressed with runny sesame seed sauce and topped with some mixed toasted sesame seeds. 

The highlight really comes to the tofu with a strong bean taste. I would order it again!

Salmon fillet with Yuzu miso sauce $118

The crispiness from the skin was on point, the whole fillet was not harden nor dried but flaky. The yuzu on top was sweet and sour, a good compliment with the salmon fish. Besides, the salon fillet was not fishy which was very important! Some mayo had been provided on the side but I found that having it on its own would do the same!

A pretty standard veggie grill dish to enjoy. We were told that the okra is sourced from Japan and I found that the size was a bit smaller than the Hong Kong ones and it was also a bit sweeter in taste.

Deep fried chicken nuggets with Inaniwa udon $88

The deep fried chicken pieces were covered in a crispy batter and the meat was moist, drizzled with a thin light soya sauce. Nothing was wrong with it.

The Inaniwa udon is not as chewy as I was expecting. I was rather soft in texture, swimming in light soup base and a some seaweed on the top! I liked to enjoy the udon and chicken separately because I don't like to have my chicken soaked until soft.

Grilled pork neck marinated with miso sauce $108

We actually ordered pork loin but strange enough we were brought with this place of pork neck. Luckily my friend had no problem eating pork neck so we didn't return the order. It was just pretty basic with a chargrilled taste and it was prepared right.

Toasted rice ball with Chazuke (Mentaiko) $68

Lastly, we were brought with this crispy rice ball in a Japanese Chazuke , a savoury soup based. We have chosen Mentaiko but to be honest the taste of it was not too pronounced and it was barely noticeable because the taste of the soup was actually pretty strong when comparing to those ones we had in Japan. The rice ball could be grilled a bit more until more crispy but it was already not too bad.

After all of our dishes, we were brought with two different mochi ice cream, it really reminded me of the very traditional Japanese restaurant in Hugn Hom! The first one is matcha, quite enjoyable with a bittersweet after taste.

只吃燒物和沙律,始終還是欠了點甚麼似的,所以最後還是點了一份「炸雞蕎麥麵」($88)一起分享作為主食。這蕎麥麵的另上的炸雞雖然質素普通,不算出色,但伴以蕎麥麵吃,就絕對能勝任填飽肚子的重任。

呢個蘋果汁係日本運來過嚟,蘋果味特別濃,就算加左冰,都非常香蘋果味,而且唔會太甜

朋友發現尖沙咀有間細細地居酒屋,唔似一般居酒屋咁貴同隱閉,相反它價錢相宜,落地玻璃地舖夠開揚同方便,喜愛日本的我們當然要一試。餐廳格局好日本feel,唔似偽日式料理,我地都好放心,據說大廚是真日本人呢。梅酒$58: Rock的梅酒加冰,味道夠濃郁,梅味香甜易入口。No.8 $60: 應該是餐廳signature drink,有vodka, sake, plum wine幾種酒加埋酒味幾重,有少少梅味,女仔岩梅酒多D因爲較甜。仙台牛舌厚燒$128: 鹽味同味噌中揀左鹽味,調味都幾輕手,牛舌爽口幾嫩,旁邊一團的是辣麵豉瓜,辣度頗高,堆菜幾新鮮,好清爽,唔會dry。呢個係今晚最好食既。雞翼串$38:燒到皮脆肉嫩,好有日式風味,保留肉汁唔乾,雞翼是攤開黎燒,食得方便。炸雞稻庭烏冬$88:炸雞同烏冬分開上,炸雞新鮮炸起,外皮香脆鬆化,帶點麥香味,內裡雞肉不算粗糙,但可以再滑少少,這個熟度是較安全的做法。烏冬是幼身,味道不過不失,湯底清清地,配上一些海帶,最特別有堆草綠色的蓉,是類似昆布的味道,這較少見。

頗奇怪的說
一般人會吃尾不吃頭
要去除的話除掉頭部較實際吧
估計留返頭較好看
而去掉尾部會令秋葵裡面獨有黏液流失
