To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間嘢我諗新開咗三四個月,第一次黎食午餐,茶錢20蚊一位可以接受,但係最有趣嘅地方係連一啲普通嘅辣椒醬都要收費25蚊一啲,呢個位就有少少唔係太大方雖然係美心集團,但係佢行偏高檔路線,所以點心都係細細件,而且如果係三件嘅點心全部都唔可以加錢要多一件,一定要另外叫多一份,唔係太flexible講番食物,味道其實同一般酒樓冇分別,只係外表睇落比較精緻蝦春捲用咗米網紙喺出面再包一層,係脆嘅,但係非常之有成個碟都係油,同埋偏鹹小籠包算係做得唔錯,皮好薄而且有大量湯汁反而xo醬蟹肉炒米粉有啲驚喜,蟹肉食得出係鮮拆嘅蟹肉,唔係用罐頭嘅,有蟹嘅鮮甜味,而且米粉炒得乾身唔油膩整體嚟講,食物同服務都只係不過不失,唔會專登再返去

同朋友餞行,諗住搵間靚景貴少少嘅食餐好,點知原來揀錯咗…平日晚上六點半,都唔係好多人,一開始係個男人幫我哋落order,態度已經麻麻,之後想搵人幫手影相更加難搵,望一望無下文,再之後想加甜品又無人理..期間有個女服務員又係態度不佳…. 最後終於搵到一個女服務員有返應有嘅態度,有禮貌幫我哋落甜品,我個朋友不停同佢講你真係好人得你咁好唔該晒佢,證明其他服務員態度真係好差,老實講價錢又唔平,食物又麻麻,個龍蝦伊麵好鹹,服務仲要咁,無下次.

Had lunch here with my friend today. We were seated outside in the so called self serve area. You can only order by scanning a QR code, no picture nor menu! I had to get the tableware by myself, and run FIVE times to pick up our food while all the waitresses standing there. The drink order was totally missed until I went up to ask, and the foods are just warm, almost room temperature! And they still charge service fee. Give me a break!
