Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日行街,行開海港城,發現進住咗好多新嘅餐廳,八一漁八係其中一間,取替左之前唐人館嘅位置。本身就一個勁鍾意食海產嘅人,冇諗過商場竟然有主打海鮮嘅中餐廳,所以就好想去試吓究竟呢間嘢掂唔掂。出乎意料之外,商場入邊嘅中餐廳竟然可以食到咁高質素嘅海鮮,因為中菜嘅海鮮最緊要第一個字就係新鮮,最難忘係個白胡椒蟹,選用頂級馬來西亞砂朥越胡椒粒,香氣醇和,經自行炒香、磨粉後,加入蟹隻燜焗,蟹鮮、胡椒香氣係嘴裡徘徊,絕對可以講得上係唇齒留香。仲有就係個甜品,食咗咁多到海鮮,加埋各種嘅肉類,最後嘅甜品係用咗椰青雪糕布甸,具體個甜品名真係唔記得,不過整體口感真係好Refreshing,令到成個咁我都非常清新,亦都解除咗好多油膩感,真係值得讚!

今日同朋友食午餐朋友一早開門就到所以坐海景位點了八味點心包括甜品,擺盤用心,味道好牛肉球,平時食牛肉球會加很多喼汁,這個用湯浸,牛肉球一開四,連湯食都幾好食😋鮮蝦腸粉,加了梅菜,只在面有少少碎,不會太搶蝦腸味,但想食梅菜的朋友應該會覺得太少了。鮑魚糯米雞,一人份量,個樣就真係幾好,不過味道就普通,沒有太特別。紅菜頭餃,我鐘意食紅菜頭,所以點了這個平日比較少食到的點心,沒有紅菜頭味,饀料有點似粉果,但就沒有花生,岩花生敏感的朋友食,都好食。蝦餃,加左金邊的普通蝦餃。叉燒包,都是一籠普通的叉燒包高湯魚餃,個湯都好味,似牛牛球個湯底,魚餃就普通,係個擺盤及魚型最有心,仲有個個西蘭花仔幾得意,但整體味道一般。柚子凍糕,味道幾清新,少少柚子味,不會太硬,亦不算甜,但整體普通。

其實開左2個月都咁既服務有D搞笑,
觀察下周圍都幾歡樂,有D切片皮鴨雞手鴨腳,有D分龍蝦彈晒D汁出來,分完拿手機影相打完卡先俾個客食,又成日記錯枱送錯點心同茶,激親眼鏡經理(離遠都聽到佢指導員工)。有個眼鏡姐姐同另一個短髮姐姐較醒目,主動加茶及觀察到客人意向,例如眼鏡姐姐看到我自行拿帶子碟會立刻主動前來提出由佢將帶子上碟及短髮姐姐看到我望下周圍會上前問有咩事再拿走佢同事送錯的茶搬到對的枱上。

行出行入經開放廚房,雖然帶口罩是自由的,但做飲食業前枱始終俾人睇到對食物冇戴口罩有點冇咁好。

溫馨提示:觀察到周圍枱枱都查單所以都pay attention左,個餐包2碗飯但唔知點解收多我兩位飯錢40蚊,好彩睇清楚。

餐廳優點:環境靚又好坐,適合聚餐,話貴唔貴,話平又唔平咁

最近行街去開尖沙咀,見到新開左間中菜,終於今晚放工約埋一班朋友去試試佢。一行入去見到全海景,未食已經覺得好舒服,睇到佢果個menu 果陣就覺好特別,可以自己揀一道餸既煮法,就好似叫一味龍蝦可以有8種做法俾你揀,真係唔係蒸炒煮炸咁簡單。頭盤 桂花蜜漬車厘茄好甜,好清新,凍食做開胃菜可以醒一醒個人酒香生炸妙齡鴿 呢個餸一定要即上即食,雖然係乳鴿,但好有油香,勁juicy, 啲肉唔柴,岩岩好金絲麥香既龍蝦佢用燕麥黎炸,龍蝦既鮮味再加上燕麥淡淡既甜味,唔會滯,炸左既燕麥食落又唔會太有罪惡感,龍蝦煮得好好,肉都好結實,好新鮮,好彈牙宮廷蜜汁烤排骨個排骨可以用刀叉食,煮得幾腍,鐘意食pull pork既可以試下,個汁係甜既,不過食完個排骨之後食埋粒蕃茄,立即balance返好開胃欖豉醬爆象拔蚌欖菜既咸香加上新鮮爽脆既象拔蚌,十分惹味,又有鑊氣,味道相當唔錯。二鬆炒芥蘭食到咁上下緊係要食返幾條菜,芥蘭炒得好好,好翠綠,加埋魚鬆肉鬆同紫菜,唔會話太寡,咸咸地好想食多幾條菜桂花鵝肝牛鬆炒飯炒到粒粒飯都分離,加上濃濃既鵝肝粒同牛鬆一齊炒,香味十足,係最後加返少少澱粉質,感覺岩岩好,好滿足

Came here for dinner on a weekday with prior reservation. Service is adequate. As most of the menu items are “market price”. The waitress who served us has no idea on the availability and price of most items. Sections upon sections of the menu are not available due to missing ingredients. Nothing is suitable for young children unless you order lobster with extra noodles.

六點三到,六點半點菜。入場時話1.5小時用餐,我本身都諗住快快趣食完去海邊行下。萬萬想不到等上菜等到天荒地老,全場見個老闆好忙,但侍應就好似遊戲npc咁。一開始點菜湯品居然只得兩款可以選擇🥲中間加了一個小食潮汕蝦棗但漏單,炒飯同蝦棗都催完再催。我同侍應講你哋又話個半鐘就餐但上菜咁慢,佢畀咗一個尷尬又不失禮貌的笑容🤣 最後食完竟然近九點好彩食物質素高又有靚景,唯一值得讚賞的是埋單速度。如果你唔介意等可以一試,食物唔錯。
