Waitress 姐姐介紹 seasonal flower set,好似係話花店十週年特別菜色,梗係試啦,雖然好多花名都唔識,哈哈。Salad of raw & cooked roots mescluns fresh herbs marigold, cauliflower cream with garlic flower tempura, marinated salmon with rose hibiscus lavender seaweed blinis, duck breast with thyme braised lentils lettuce fresh garlic flower, blue corn flowers berries fruit salad with rose sorbet, green tea with red & black fruits & sweet lavender flower ﹗咁多道菜都只係 HKD480,好抵食 ﹗
餐前包,兩款 home made butter,右邊帶淡淡香草而咸味濃厚;左邊散發清香味道而質感幼滑,非常特別啊。唔好客氣,大大篤搽上麵包,十分豪氣,好好味 ﹗下面塊麵包邊位香脆而中間偏韌,唔多識欣賞。上面長麵包滿意,長條形外脆內軟,甜甜地,仲有 nuts 同 dry fruit 係裡面,好食啊 ﹗
鮮花雜錦多士,唔記得道菜名喇,唯有自創啦。最低係麵包多士、中間係香橙啫喱、上面係沙律醬混花種籽,加埋一片花作瓣點綴,外觀常然吸引又非常精緻 ﹗清爽既鮮花味道震動味蕾,酸酸甜甜沙律醬混上啫喱開開胃又醒醒神。
marinated salmon with rose hibiscus lavender seaweed blinis,好緊張,到抵花宴係如何的呢?三款不同品種既鮮花,朋友仔話聞到花香味,但我食落三款鮮花味道都一樣既?食唔出添,哈哈 ﹗外觀精緻,罷位得宜,賣相真係好靚。面頭係薄薄一片煙三文魚,淡淡咸香又棉棉滑滑,不嗆不膩,very Good ﹗併上可口菊花啫喱、鮮甜多汁車厘茄,百味交雜、質感百變,那有不滿的位置啊。
Salad of raw & cooked roots mescluns fresh herbs marigold,不要怪我英文差,真係唔知中文應該怎樣演繹,香草生熟萬壽菊根沙律?Dressing 酸酸甜甜好開胃,雜菜香草混合花瓣加上萬壽菊根部,併湊出黎既質地好特別,多種植物味道,值得一試,有種十分神秘既感覺,引人入勝,有趣。
cauliflower cream with garlic flower tempura,椰菜花忌廉?難怪味道勁似忌廉湯啦。浸住既係蒜頭花天婦羅,真係創意得很,好鬼有趣既配搭,令人會心微笑呢。味道好複雜而迷人,質感幼滑,不厚不鞋,濃郁中泛著清爽味道,美味可口,可以添飲喎。
白酒忌廉法國藍青口,食過多間藍青口,最好食都係今次,就係依隻味道 ﹗招牌菜剛剛新鮮法國運到,不是冰鮮、不是雪藏,是活藍青口那有得輸 ﹗肉質彈牙肥美脹卜卜,不乾不硬不鞋不粉。藍青口肉肉汁狂射,鮮味出眾又附著豐富海水咸香,甜美香草味還有清淡酒香,實在太好食啊 ﹗
duck breast with thyme braised lentils lettuce fresh garlic flower,一連串前菜小食後,終於到鮮花套餐既高潮,main course 參上 ﹗鴨胸伴百里香煨扁豆鮮蒜花,高潮疊疊起,每一道菜都令人驚喜萬分,食物烹調及配搭既領域真的無限大。藝術品一般的演繹,擺位精雕細啄再淋上暖暖紫紅色 dressing 奪目登場。
鴨胸肉幼滑細緻,鬆軟棉棉到不得了,彷似沒有纖維一樣,慢煮使到質地腍到不像鴨肉。嫩肉鮮甜鴨肉香配上秘製清爽醬汁,不嗆而便到鴨味更為特出,無得彈。鴨肉味濃加上淡淡甜味醬汁,味道可口。我貪心地成舊啪落口,太大舊啊,實有點免強,建議切開兩三件慢慢品嘗更好,哈哈 ﹗伴碟有生菜同豆蓉,豆黏而味濃,爽甜生菜夾著鴨肉同吃,正到手震 ﹗
海膽汁海鮮扁意粉,滿分超好食,好食到不知道如何形容,連隻碟都想賴埋呀 ﹗濃郁鮮甜海膽汁,不腥不嗆,混上忌廉及香草,緊緊地包住每一條意粉。扁意粉滑溜中帶嚥韌質感,非常有彈性。意粉掛著大量海膽汁,大啖大啖豪氣地品嚐,美味極致,好想食多碟啊 ﹗仲有鮮爽大蝦、甜美青口、棉滑帶子、彈牙魚柳,足料無味海鮮併,色香味美,必食推介 ﹗
blue corn flowers berries fruit salad with rose sorbet, green tea with red & black fruits & sweet lavender flower,開心既時間好快過,話咁快就到尾聲甜品時間喇,真係好唔捨得。就連唔喜歡甜、唔喜歡食甜品既我都難得地食到唔停口呀,堅好味道 ﹗酸酸甜甜好醒胃,消滅左大量食物後用來減低膩滯就最適合不過喇。玫瑰 sorbet 真係有花香味架喎,清爽香噴噴既味道,幼滑又冰凍,夾著鮮果鮮花好好味。
France macaron,估唔到會係麥卡龍,朱古力味及檸檬忌廉味,配埋杯靚靚即磨熱齋啡,非常完美既結束。
