從來都喜歡食餃子,不論中式西式或曰式。今曰見到米芝蓮推介的餃子店,一定要去試試。我點的分別是白菜鮮肉同蔥油餅。餃子的皮比一般廣東餃子放湯的厚一點,但又比北方蒸餃薄少少。菜和肉的比例各半,有少少汁,但是肉味欠奉,菜亦唔覺得新鮮,半點肉鮮也沒有,感覺這餃子只屬於普通平平之列,並無特別出色之處。 蔥油餅:太油,外皮是脆的,但葱唔夠香,有D厚,好像食緊煎麵粉咁,有D失望。

又是因為網民極力推薦而點,肉質頗有趣,餡料有點像魚麵,因為摻入很多麵粉之故?爽口彈牙又有點像魚蛋,雖然跟我認知的馬鲛魚質地和味道相去甚遠,但仍不失有趣的項目.

店員全是大嬸,大家都很友善,可能因為早前一輪衝刺,衆人顯得有點懶洋洋,動作都傾向slow motion~~

我們坐著等着看着,彷彿有點超現實味道,像王家衛電影緩緩的調子..昱仔,Mimi Lulu在那𥚃?一頓午飯吃了個半小時,等待的時間居多...

因為米珠蓮而來,門面不太起眼,去到就有位,叫左個餃子和拔絲地瓜,湯底平平無奇,餃子皮太厚,餡料味道都還ok。但都未有米芝蓮級數呀,個地瓜痴埋一舊,太甜喇,又炸得唔夠身。整體感覺嘛嘛。

同伴來自上海家庭,雖然不是土生土長,但對水餃、麵食、年糕和粢飯等總情有獨鍾,我也跟著吃了不少。這天來試試這平民米芝蓮,店裏生意不錯,店員每次落單都很勤力地推介其他食物飲品。我們選了京蔥羊肉餃、茴香餃麵和我硬要點的食家推介山東香燒羊架,店員硬銷涼拌茄子我們也沒有理會。羊肉餃不過不失,手擀的麵皮帶一點靭,味道則沒留下甚麽印象。我很喜歡茴香的獨特味道,茴香餃麵的湯頭就是北方慣用的油鹽水,選湯麵不選淨餃是為了對喉嚨好一點。香燒羊架上桌,羊架份量不多,但灑滿茴香籽,咬一口香酥撲鼻,羊肉嫰滑,雖然很肥,但我還是一口羊肉接一口茴香籽地吃。喜歡北方香料味道的可以一試,事關此店下香料絕不手軟。

本打算來個冷麵降降溫,可是在牆上看到一張手寫羊肉湯麵($46),不用考慮也要來一碗;自從吃過手拉麵小廚的同類麵食後,相當喜歡這款羊湯麵,看到這道外省麵條一定不會錯過。

阿純的羊湯底較稠身,沒有加入紹菜同煮也夠鮮甜,細看下還加有蒜粒及蕃茄,因而湯底多了一點較醒胃的茄酸,因而比以往吃過的羊湯麵多點特別,芫茜的香氣也令羊湯更香更好飲。

麵條彈牙又能沾湯,就算一邊吃麵一邊抹汗也是值得的;最妙之處還是羊肉片是有羊味的!!很多時候吃羊肉片卻如吃肉片的乏味,這裡是如假包換的羊肉,某幾片還連著一點脂肪的唷,讚呀!

去呢間食餃子全因為米芝蓮推介。到門口時要等位。等左一陣就得啦。我地叫左餃子和炒土豆絲。餃子層皮好厚。肉唔新鮮。味精好重。炒土豆絲炒得太熟。味道又唔夠喊。而且兩樣餸的溫度都不太熱。可能因為米之連的關繫太忙了。

呢排好少去吃傳統小店,當豬女搵既時候, 又發現好多之前食過好食既鋪頭執得就執,於是乎今個星期就支持下D小店, 順便食得清淡D,健康D。為求更加飽肚,除了食主打既山東水餃,我地都分別叫了燒雞面同牛腩面。雖然我並不是好keen中式面條,但是這碗面其實幾彈牙。燒雞就用了雞胸, 如果擔心“孩”的話, 可以選擇點附帶特別既Sauce。至於個牛腩,主要是想Share所以先額外叫,算是幾煙韌。因為狼仔同豬女實在太餓了,只是影左Share完後既“燒雞牛腩面”。最重要當然是主角韭菜山東水餃,真是好皮薄餡靚。跟某些連所店賣的水餃不同,皮做得好薄,附合香港人食點心既要求,加上餡料什多,好味之餘還非常飽肚添!

最重要當然是主角韭菜山東水餃,真是好皮薄餡靚。跟某些連所店賣的水餃不同,皮做得好薄,附合香港人食點心既要求,加上餡料什多,好味之餘還非常飽肚添!

一間主打餃子既店鋪10隻普通既白菜鮮肉餃已經睇得出鋪頭真係好比心機去整皮夠薄 料又夠足絕對係物超所值餃子裡面既汁好濃又多一咬落去完全好似食緊上海小籠包咁另外韭菜餡餅亦都好好味外皮好脆好爽口裡面用料亦好足呢間餃子店絕對值得去試下

原來係太子依啲偏住宅既地區都有好野食,經朋友介紹,就過左黎食,估唔到味道好好。因為我一個人黎,就只係叫左碟馬鮫魚餃($54/10隻),聽聞係招牌菜。味道方面,餃子裹面全部都係新鮮魚肉,口感軟熟,好似魚蓉用餃子皮包,但係好好食,食得出每粒都係新鮮魚肉下次一定會帶埋朋友黎食

This a a typical, simple (relatively clean) Hong Kong eatery.As they name suggests the specialty is dumplings and there are about 15 on the menu - all apparently freshly home made - you can watch them making the dumplings.We tried classic pork and cabbage and the special of the day which contained more vegetables - both boiled (all dumplings can be ordered booked or fried). This a a typical, simple (relatively clean) Hong Kong eatery.

As they name suggests the specialty is dumplings and there are about 15 on the menu - all apparently freshly home made - you can watch them making the dumplings.

We tried classic pork and cabbage and the special of the day which contained more vegetables - both boiled (all dumplings can be ordered booked or fried). I was very happy with both, juicy and flavorful, some if the best I had in HK so far.

The menu has quite a lot more than just dumplings, so we also tried the cold noodles with spicy chicken, which was very peanut-creamy and delicious in a Nothern Chinese way. The sour and spicy soup was good, but not extraordinary. The only disappointment was the stuffed pancake (we took the mushroom variety), which was very oily and too chewy.

Service was fast and the prices are low.
