My aunt and my dad were very elderly. To them, Ah Yat is all about abalone. So my aunt’s must try was the baked abalone puff while my dad’s, the braised goose web in abalone sauce. The abalone on the puff was tender while the puff was crispy. But the abalone tends to fall off from the puff that you can never have them in one bite. My aunt liked it though.

We also tried some of the special dishes rarely found in other restaurants such as the steamed pomelo peel with fish maw.  It always takes a professional to get rid of the bitterness of the pomelo peel so we will never make it at home. 還好最後這 招牌砂窩炒飯 Ah Yat Signature fried rice 又爭回一口氣。炒飯真的以大砂窩呈上,之後在檯邊分飯時已經香到不行;飯粒分明,滿滿的配料包括鮮蝦、叉燒、瑤柱,每口都是鮮香,明明很飽也照樣吃清光了~

跟老闆娘出差後,難得可以陪她到貴價餐廳見客,真是好運來到了海景餐廳阿一飯店,真是不枉此行,海景相當漂亮食物應該不錯吧吃了叉燒,叉燒真的是名火燒出來的,相當入味而且又不會濃,但肉汁全流出來了,一流我燒味肉質又不會太硬,相當軟滑油雞,雖然不是走地雞,但肉質還是不錯口感軟熟,而且也算是滑溜值得一讚的是肥膩的地方不多,肉我部份較多不愧為貴價餐廳
