🥗季節沙律
調配好的沙律醬,入邊有海蜇絲、蕃茄、生菜、紫蘿蔔片、粟米等,第一道菜真是非常之新鮮,而且加強開胃感🥰

🫕魚子鵝肝蒸蛋
上菜時非常熱,而且蒸蛋入面亦有不少餡料,上面亦擺滿滿滿滿滿的魚子,食落去非常好味😚

之後,廚師會展露出龍蝦、時令海鮮(帶子)、鮑魚、兩款和牛,我一望,海鮮非常之新鮮,鮑魚仲非常生猛,除咗大隻外,亦不停郁動,而兩款和牛的脂肪分布都非常之靚🥰

🧈香煎頂級鵝肝
鵝肝非常之大片,配上魚子以及金箔,再加些黑醋汁,令到成片鵝肝都不會太漏,而且食到鵝肝的味道, 十分滋味😊

🦪南非鮑魚
配以海帶忌廉汁,點起上嚟非常之好味,值得一讚

🍤龍蝦
龍蝦肉配上滿滿的蝦膏,再用多士一同食用,食到龍蝦的鮮味,亦有多重的口感

🦪帶子
帶子面又柚子胡椒,更加提升味道,在鋪上滿滿的魚子,更添口感😋😋

🥩和牛薄燒卷配和牛厚燒
不論薄與厚,兩款都非常之難,而且很有牛味,和燒包住厚厚的蒜片,增添口感,如果帶出另一款牛的香味,而口燒更有肉質口感,不同的享受😍

🥬炒野菜
不同類型的菇以及椰菜,再配上牛油的味道非常之香

🍜龍蝦湯
利用龍蝦頭熬製而成,用盡每一樣材料,而且熬製出的龍蝦湯亦十分鮮味

🍚秋田炒飯
炒飯非常足料,包括有櫻花蝦,蛋,蘿蔔碎等,而且每一粒飯都炒得非常香口粒粒皆分明,雖然當時我好飽,但食落口非常好味,忍唔住食晒

🍡精選甜品-銅鑼燒配雪糕
第一次食銅鑼燒即時豆沙餅是即叫即整,食落去熱口,配上雪糕真係非常之正的甜品
