終於吃到這間頗多人推介的omakase,午市承惠$728@1,合計十五貫,香港師傅發辦,性價比不錯。前菜有茶碗蒸和沙律,十五道吃下來真的很飽很滿足…女生絕對夠吃。比較特別的是熟成鰤魚;來至青森県的大間繩,魚味非常濃郁。鯖魚卷也不錯,以昆布醋煮過,入口由酸到鮮甜。其他的話…入口沒有很驚艷的感覺?多以醬油漬為主,味道較清淡一點,整體中規中矩,不過店員很細心,會定時加水加茶,這點要讚。價錢取勝,想滿足一下壽司胃的也可一試🫣。 continue reading
