Food was ok. I thought my pasta sauce needed to cook longer so the sauce could be thicker. Onion soup was delicious and the bread on the side was great also.One thing I didn’t like was the service. 這道菜絕對是視覺享受啊,以一個放滿乾冰的玻璃大碗盛着,上枱時煙霧彌漫,濛濛朧朧,仙氣十足,極具視覺效果非常吸睛,而且這道菜非常之有層次,上面是北海道馬糞海膽,入口即溶,非常新鮮鮮甜;下一層是以以百合造成的慕絲,口感綿滑,又有淡淡的花香味,;最後一層是龍蝦湯造成的啫喱,鹹鮮濃郁,整道菜可謂是甜中帶鮮,口感和味道也層層遞進,真的是一道十分精緻的料理

和牛煎至五成熟,外面先至焦香,入口即溶牛脂感滿滿,牛油味一直縈繞在口腔之內,絕對滋味十足呀

以日本入口栗子和法國傳統甜品手藝造成的栗子蛋糕Mont Blanc 配自家製雲呢拿雪糕,賣相簡單清新而高貴,杏白色的栗子蓉上面鋪上一點點銀箔,香甜綿滑,伴碟還有一些開心果碎,雲呢拿雪糕味香濃,一啖雪糕一啖栗子用,滿滿甜蜜幸福的感覺

馬德蓮蛋糕,海鹽朱古力,杏仁脆餅
最尾還三款小甜點,廚師以一個古典的首飾箱作為器皿,將三款小點放在首飾箱上,真的是儀式感到最後啊

其實fine dining絕對是一種飲食的享受,不但可以嘗試到高質的食材,餐廳的環境,最重要還是有親切的服務,餐廳的侍應十分有禮貌在每上一道菜之前,都會細心解釋俾客人聽每道菜的特點,更會端上一整盤原材料給客人觀賞,好讓客人在品嚐的過程中更加了解各種食材和廚師的心思
