跟住嚟到嘅就係和牛竹炭三文治。首先就係嚟到賣相已經好吸引。佢個和牛肉好明顯外面表皮係少少炸過,但係唔會顯得乾柴柴。想點嘅時候中間仲係鮮嫩嘅粉紅色,小小肉汁唔會太生,亦都唔會太熟。配上小小牛油加香脆嘅竹炭麵包夾住牛肉,中和咗和牛嘅油膩感。

我哋最後嗌咗嘅一個主菜就係鰻魚。本身鰻魚上香嘅時候已經好香,點知原來佢個炭燒並唔係喺廚房入邊炭燒咁簡單,而係職員會喺鰻魚上枱之後,用一嚿燒紅咗嘅炭再辣下鰻魚嘅表皮。一印落去渣渣聲,魚皮嘅魚油香同埋焦香都一次過迫晒出嚟,觀感已經好正。然後食咗個鰻魚並唔係散修修嘅鰻魚肉,係有少少口感,質地累近於鱔嘅感覺。彈牙加上油脂感充足,又係一個完全滿足到味蕾嘅菜式。

食到咁滿足,當然唔少得有甜品。我哋嗌咗佢嘅芝士蛋糕。佢芝士質感有別於一般嘅New York cheese cake,唔係十分硬身,但係芝士味十分之濃,食得出濃烈嘅cream cheese感覺。另一款甜品我哋就嗌咗紅豆大福,紅豆蓉配上唔太厚唔太薄嘅皮,簡直為今日嘅晚餐做一個完美嘅結局!

主菜係壓軸出場嘅和牛🐄🍞
A4和牛炸得金黃香脆,唔會覺得太油膩,配埋竹炭包同微酸嘅大根同蛋黃醬,平衡咗口感同味道,仲有少少日式fusion感覺,好創新😏✨

6️⃣ Dessert of the Day (Cheesecake & Red Bean Daifuku)
芝士蛋糕濃郁香滑,但唔會太甜,奶香味好突出。至於紅豆大福,糯米皮煙韌柔軟,紅豆餡香甜不膩,兩款甜品一重一輕,味道互補,又唔會過飽😋😋 #甜品

🍸Graff Pink & AOAO Sangria
話明酒吧餐廳,梗係要嘆下酒啦,但又唔係好飲得,叫咗杯Cocktail頂住先😂迷人靚靚粉紅色,易入口又可以打卡💕至於AOAO Sangria就有sake+passion fruit,濃度唔高帶點夏日風情😌
