今晚去左中環一間隱藏嘅餐廳食飯 佢係萬年大廈頂層 室外仲可以坐底飲下野咁 呢度無dinner set只可以散叫 HAMACHI (Yellowtail, Salted Egg Yolk, Bitter Melon,Pumpkin Purée)油甘魚刺身好新鮮 可以加埋上面d蟹子嚟食PICKLED TOMATO SALAD(with Tomato Consommé Cream)再嚟一個冷盤 蕃茄配Cream 酸酸甜甜好開胃CARAMELIZED PUMPKIN(Almonds, Cinnamon)焦糖南瓜 表面用焦糖燒香左 本身南瓜都已經甜 咁樣食更加甜TONKATSU (Iberico Pork Collar with Plum Yoghurt Sauce)呢個炸豬排外脆內軟 一咬入去肉汁爆出嚟 小心燙口HAIRY CRAB BUTTER UDON (Shiraga Negi, Sesame, Egg Yolk)呢個蟹肉蟹膏烏冬撈埋蛋黃嚟食 超級邪惡 撈一撈佢令每一條烏冬都痴到汁 食落每一啖都成口汁 最尾我地仲叫左2個甜品 一個cheesecake 另一個紅豆大福餅唔食飯嘅話就咁嚟ha
