俾佢「天下第一豬」招牌吸引咗定位,我以為係食無花果長大嘅豬。咁特別,梗係要試吓。結果原來其所謂鎮店菜之一,「無花果天下第一豬」,係俾碟鹹甜混味無花果醬你點件燒豬肉。呢個無花果醬,其實都幾特別,香味、食味唔錯。但係嗰幾件燒肉,係脆皮、少肥、嫩口,就其實好多廣東酒樓都做到同級,甚至更好水準。試一次夠啦~

ig whatthefoodbobo 好西公主望入去玻璃窗見到師傅燒緊隻乳豬仔,就甘吸引左我入餐廳。💛先點左一壺桂花烏龍茶,聲稱健脾胃。淡淡花香又唔錯。💛既然佢牌坊係寫得天下第一豬,直接點‘’無花果天下第一豬”。例牌得6件,一咬落去個皮係脆,豬仔有肉汁配住甜甜無花果香,都算好食。💛亦叫左‘’唐酒花膠蟹肉蛋白‘’,花膠配蟹肉絲,蟹肉就無咩味,不過蒸蛋白非常滑,帶點酒香,如果酒濃一點更好。💛蜜絲咕嚕肉,肉質嫩滑,都同樣用左無花果煮,個人來說略甜,要提升番個酸啲度,粉略厚,未能達到很酥脆。💛甘粟竹笙羹 香甜粟米羹配埋竹笙,豐富左重口感💛估你唔到個胡椒海哲,微微辣非常爽口惹味。整體服務好,坐得舒服,燒豬仔也ok。

💛亦叫左‘’唐酒花膠蟹肉蛋白‘’,花膠配蟹肉絲,蟹肉就無咩味,不過蒸蛋白非常滑,帶點酒香,如果酒濃一點更好。
