來吃天下第一豬🐽難得嚟到銅鑼灣,搵間靚靚中菜食下天下第一豬呢個名吸引咗我🐷😂Weekday lunch 人客都唔少而大部份都係貌似退休人士😂我地將全場平均年齡拉低🫢優雅地來一桌中菜 也很不錯!即燒無花果天下第一豬第一道菜!乳豬皮脆卜卜加上無花果醬香脆而不油膩,平時好怕肥膩感嘅我都食到兩舊。香煎辣味蘿蔔糕真係辣得好過癮🫣味道非常好,但平時食開辣都覺得辣咗少少如果可以減返少少辣度就最好🙌🏻爆米鯪魚球比平時鯪魚球細粒,超香脆!灌湯豚肉小籠包瓦罉啫啫唐生菜好香,完美作結🤤🤤🥬

鳳尾蝦底下的鍋巴非常脆,廚師將鹹蛋黃醬與鍋巴一齊混合,令鍋巴又脆又鹹香。

最後一道菜,辣味蘿蔔糕則非常獨特,蘿蔔糕食得多,辣嘅蘿蔔糕真係好少食,而且佢哋嘅蘿蔔糕好足料,裏面有絲絲蘿蔔,加上瑤柱臘肉臘腸等等,好香口,食完個咀辣辣地,再飲埋佢哋最後送嘅清甜木瓜雪耳糖水,完美收結。

最後黎左個「瓦灼唐生菜」,本來以為係普通生菜,點知黎到大大煲之餘,仲熱辣辣,打開就見好多棵仲灼緊既生菜,侍應介紹話係會比一般既爽脆,食落口果然非常新鮮同脆口!再淋上D鹹鹹地既鹹魚汁,非常之驚喜同好味!🤩🥳

值得一試嘅點心好味嘅野係要提一下,呢間飲荼又舒服,D野又好食啫啫唐山菜必叫!好有驚喜,不油不膩但超惹味,不得不試!辣味蘿蔔糕4件好大件,好足料,唔會好似出面咁得粉,個辣係少少麻辣,正灌湯豚肉小籠包小籠包都唔錯肉質鮮甜,湯汁頗多,個皮唔會太厚爆米鯪魚球鯪魚球新鮮又爽彈,無魚腥味,外層仲要有爆米花,好脆又有創意,一定要試西班牙焦香腩叉燒好香,肉汁幾多,肥瘦適中。干蒸牛肉燒賣正正常常,唔錯,下次可以試埋鮮蝦燒賣,開心!

之前見到尖沙咀海港城的全新日式粵菜分店已開幕,那裡以海景出名。而今日約了家人飲茶,呀哥請食飯,有大食大,選擇了位於時代廣場的分店,試試粵菜手藝。裝潢都幾舒服,服務亦都加分,十分親切。茶要了香片,用的是日式茶壺。蜆介鯪魚球口感彈牙,外面的爆米令鯪魚球更加香口,多了香脆感。蘿蔔糕材料十足,熱辣辣,煎到金黃色。菜苗餃晶瑩剔透,口感煙韌。小籠包肉質十足,皮薄餡靚,比一般的大隻少少。天下第一豬用的是45天的乳豬,皮十分香脆,肉質很嫩,沒有太多多餘脂肪,而無花果醬增加了其層次。啫啫唐生菜十分鮮爽,蝦米和肉碎增加了整個菜的風味。最後食糖水,有銀耳和桃膠,很滋潤。
