最近去咗小西灣暫住,一於發掘附近美食。這一次說了位於海富街嘅小巷來的一間印度餐廳。餐廳都是以印度人主理。萬事都頗多人,幾乎全院滿座。他們的套餐,非常抵食,有齊湯,小食,主菜,飲品,和飯或Naan。Naan還可以任添加。Set Dinner 1.Soup of the day2.Snack of the day 小食為威化胡椒餅,非常香脆,可口,帶點鹹香,是非常好吃的前菜。3.C.MUTTON RIBS CURRY ($108)這一次我叫了咖喱羊肉。羊肉半肥瘦,炆得非常軟腍,帶些羊騷的香氣,配上咖喱醬汁,非常濃稠。4.Unlimited plain naan印度餐必叫咖喱,且必要配上薄餅,他們Naan非常煙靭,且香口,熱辣辣配上咖喱汁非常好吃。5.Mango Lassi 印度餐必然要叫Mango Lassi。6.Momo ($68)懷念去尼泊爾的日子,叫了共八隻的Momo。Momo外皮煙靭,內裏肉質鮮嫩,且多汁,帶點香料的味道,非常有印度和尼泊爾的特色風采。

又同屋企人食皇子咖喱屋,通常我同屋企人都係食午市套餐,而價錢就由六十幾至八十幾不等,而且選擇都好多,雞魚羊牛都有,薄餅都有幾款俾你選擇,套餐除咗主食之外仲有餐湯同埋嘢飲包埋,最重點係食套餐嘅話係可以任食烤餅的,所以真係好抵食!今次就同屋企人點咗兩個套餐,咖喱牛腩,配薯仔薄餅同埋烤蒜子雞件,配千層餅。咖喱牛腩,除咗牛腩之外仲有一嚿大薯仔,而我最鍾意就係蒜子雞,有五大舊,而且好嫩滑,好Juice!薯仔薄餅口感會比較實在,而千層我就覺得有少少甜甜地嘅味道,而且係煙韌!而任食嘅烤餅就係最傳統既烤餅,我今次都加咗二次,每一次都係熱辣辣即整!好正!而飲品方便就加錢飲凍檸茶,和Mango Lassi ,好濃芒果味。

香港嘅印度菜餐廳選擇都幾多,基本上每一區都會有,咁啱嗰日去咗西灣河,又想食下印度菜,因為太耐冇食,所以就選擇咗呢間餐廳。嗰日去咗食lunch,餐廳提供唔同lunch set,每個set都可以任食燒餅,而味道亦都唔錯,算係好抵食。

今日帶兩個印度同事黎食,一坐低就俾menu 唔俾lunch set ,我後尾自己拿個lunch set 望,抵d ,$88 一個set 包nann。不過我同事係素食,所以唔揀lunch set ,散叫無任食nann,我叫一個薯仔咖喱$78 ,蒜蓉包3 塊$25,mango lasi $28,和一個印度炒飯唔知幾多錢,貴過lunch set ,不過我同事出公數佢埋單,所以無所謂。後來我見有個印度人帶兩個外國人來食,唔肯俾佢地叫lunch set ,話過左15:00。但之後有個香港人黍食又俾個lunch set 任食nann。點解要蝦外國人呢?

餐湯係一個豌豆湯,都幾杰身,不過不失

咖哩唔算辣,就算唔食得辣既都可以簡,牛腩煮到岩岩好👍🏻,唔會覺得硬又唔會過淋🙌🏻一份有4件牛,一件薯仔

有朋友簡左羊肉,試咗佢一嚿都唔覺得有騷味😊
如果鍾意食羊嘅朋友可以揀

薯仔naan會比原味更有口感,一樣都係淡味嘅naan, 但就多左薯仔做夾心,味道亦會豐富啲,推介大家試下👍🏻

朋友簡左印度炒飯,味道唔錯,食開中式炒飯既我覺得幾特別👍🏻 係好容易接受既印度口味 唔食得辣既可以考慮,但就唔包任食既naan,不過同一檯既我地都一齊食naan 😂

話說以前食過一次呢間餐廳覺得幾好食,決定今日再嚟探訪。我由將軍澳特登走去西灣河食尼間期待已久嘅印度菜,但係今次竟然大跌眼鏡。set lunch價錢唔算平,不過烤餅可以免費添加都算係咁。套餐有一杯茶或者咖啡,主食,烤餅/飯,同埋是日湯。扁豆加番茄前菜湯唔係咁好飲,只有蕃茄味道冇乜特別。garlic nann反而有驚喜,份量幾大份,遞上枱面依然香脆,有陣陣蒜頭香。但係paratha 千層餅都幾難食,完全冇酥皮香,反而又硬又韌,好難咬開,而且唔夠熱,好似放咗一段時間。奶油雞同平時食嘅味道有啲唔同,冇咗嗰陣瑪莎拉香料味,而且唔夠香甜, 有失水準。 裏面嘅雞塊有少少炭燒雞香,但比較偕身。 同佢價錢唔成正比。咖哩牛腩味道比較港式,但係幾好食,甜甜地咁。牛腩味道都幾香,但係嫌有啲韌,難以咬開。而且野飲都幾難飲,本身叫咗杯紅茶,講咗幾次佢都係畀咗奶茶我。 朋友杯紅茶飲落好似茶膽我自己杯凍奶茶味道淡。
