前陣子看到Mira Dinning 的推介,Assaggio海鮮及帶骨肉眼四人晚餐,適逢朋友生日,經Openrice訂座還有88折。環境裝潢小弟十分喜歡簡約主義,以最原初的物自身或形式展示於觀者面前為表現方式,特別係生活係香港這個繁囂駁雜的城市,能夠係灣仔中心地帶望著維港,享受一刻寧靜實是不錯。特別抵讚這間餐廳的服務十分優秀,他們下單的時候不會流水式作業,會跟你輕輕鬆鬆談論食物,雖然他們對酒的種類不是十分有認識,但亦會簡單給予意見和看法。最後,我們臨場才希望準備生日的甜品伴碟,她亦能夠做到,值得稱讚。食物賣相食物方面,我們四個人就點海鮮及帶骨肉眼四人晚餐各一支白酒,盛惠$3000多。價錢方面,也蠻公道,白酒的價格也不太離譜。生蠔海鮮拼盤 -賣相和擺盤需要多花心思,當天的生蠔不算肥美,不過不失傳統意式雜菜湯 -她用不同的豆類作為這湯的主要食材是大膽的,配上比較清的湯作底就跟坊間沉甸甸的豆湯不同麵包 -麵包麥味濃,熱乎乎,反而值得推介原隻波士頓龍

傳統意式雜菜湯 -她用不同的豆類作為這湯的主要食材是大膽的,配上比較清的湯作底就跟坊間沉甸甸的豆湯不同
麵包 -麵包麥味濃,熱乎乎,反而值得推介
原隻波士頓龍蝦蛋麵 -必食!龍蝦處理恰到好處,不會高熟,最值得表揚的是蛋麵,雖然餐廳沒有明示,但我相信應該是手工意粉而不是乾意粉,意粉的蛋味很重,煮的時間剛好,Al Dente!惟一美中不足時這是一個四人餐,但份量跟二人份量差不多。
35 安士美國頂級帶骨肉眼 -重點!原塊上,即時在客人面前切件,resting時間充足,肉汁回鎖入牛肉,切後再放上熱的鐵板微微令肉件升溫,口感微溫又不失肉汁。
甜品三重奏 -偏甜,女士或許喜歡。個人認為她的意式奶凍比較出色,滑嘟嘟的口感與濃濃的奶油香氣,再加上少少的焦糖香,不俗! 結論
整體來說,我認為主廚的功夫很好,有創意,兩款主菜的處理剛剛好,所以我會建議大家嘗試a la
carte。性價比來說,我會給7.5/10。

Environment and decoration
I love minimalism, the way it presents itself with its originality. You could feel relaxed staying in such a place while the hustle and bustle surrounds you in Hong Kong. You could enjoy the moment of tranquility in the centre of WanChai, watching the Victoria Harbour.
Special Compliment
The service of this restaurant is absolutely outstanding. They would not take your order in a mechanical way, yet to speak casually with you on the
food, daily special. Although they have limited knowledge on the wine served in the house, they would still try their best to offer you some generic opinion. We requested a last minute birthday dessert platter and the Kitchen would still make it. I appreciate it a lot!
Food and Presentation
In this regard, we have order the Seafood & OP Rib Dinnder Set for Four and one bottle of white wine, costing slightly more than $3000. I believe the price is fair, in particular the wine list.
Seafood platter The presentation could be better. The daily oysters are not too fresh but still acceptable.

Minestrone Tradizionale – The chef uses different kinds of beans as the main ingredient of the soup. The idea is bold, but the chef complimentary the beans a rather clear soup which makes the difference between the common bean soup you may taste in other places.
Bread – Fresh and hot, with strong wheat favour. Recommended
Whole Boston Lobster Taglierini – Must-eat! The timing of the lobster is just alright, not overcooked and still juicy. But the signature of this dish is the taglierini. I believe this is fresh pasta but not dry pasta as the taste of egg is super strong. The timing is just alright too, Al Dente! The only thing which upsets me is the portion. It is a set dinner for four but the portion is just comparable to a portion for two.

35Oz Grilled USDA Prime OP Ribs – Signature! It is served in whole and cut in front of the customers. Resting time is sufficient and the juice was
locked within the beef when cut. The beef was served with a hot plate which raise a little bit of the temperature of the beet. Warm and juicy.

Tris Di Dolci – Slightly on the sweet side and ladies would love them. I personally think that the Panna Cotta stands out among the rest. The mixture of the smooth texture and creamy taste, with a bit of caramel on top. Awesome!

The chef is very experienced and creative. The two main dishes are well handled. The set dinner is fair and thus I would recommend a la carte menu. Value-for-money wise, I will rate 7.5 out of 10.
