今日同朋友去咗一間餐廳試新野,門面裝修得幾有格調,招牌燈光柔和,望落幾舒服。一入去,環境都幾寬敞,座位之間唔會太逼夾。先講青芒果大蝦沙律,食落覺得太鹹又太酸,中間仲有啲蝦乾,令人失望,好多蝦乾硬到好似食緊殼咁,完全冇咗沙律該有的 fresh 感。飛天炒通菜,望落翠綠,可惜食落勁硬,好似未熟咁,口感唔太好。啖啖蟹肉炒飯反而令人有驚喜,蟹肉算多,飯粒炒得乾身,每啖都食到蟹肉嘅鮮味,都幾好食。甜品嘅椰子可麗露就唔合格喇,焗燶咗,食落好大浸燶味,影響咗整體嘅口感。服務方面真係要俾個讚,服務員好有禮貌又細心,見到我哋杯水冇咗就不停幫我哋斟水,呢個服務態度真係唔錯。總體嚟講,食物質素參差,服務就值得一讚,希望餐廳可以喺食物上再落啲功夫啦。

醉鬼炒河配和牛

啱啱入座就有職員告知隔離檯可能要留比其他顧客,咁我就拉開小小張檯先坐低。然後有個身材矮小、濃眉厚唇既女職員好嬲咁過黎泊返埋兩張枱,用英文講張凳唔可以超過白色線。我一眼望去,全部人張凳都過白色線啦,唔拉開張凳點坐落去?而且全程同隔離檯陌生人幾乎檯貼檯一齊食飯。更加過分既係,當我夾起最後一塊蝦餅點緊醬,一個職員同時收走裝著醬的竹籃。講咗2-3次未食完,職員堅持收走竹籃、用力將剩下既醬放係檯面,一句唔好意思都冇講。大部分職員係度行行企企,隨時準備收餐具趕客,服務態度惡劣。
