近排愛上咗食tea,今次就揀咗間尖沙咀靚海景餐廳享受下,平時high tea都以西式為主,今次特別啲揀咗中式tea試下,套餐擺盤精緻,盛載器皿亦相當古色古鄉,與餐廳裝潢嘅中國風,十分配合。餐前小食點心松露櫻花蝦餃蝦餃爽口彈牙,松露令味道層次提昇。金箔紅菜頭汁墨魚餃餃子皮加入了紅菜頭汁,顏色非常鮮艷,再加上了金箔點綴,格外高貴。蠔皇一口鮑燒賣原粒鮑魚相當吸引,入口新鮮彈牙,配上墨魚汁外皮,更添特別。碟豆花金魚餃餃子做成金魚外型,造型相當吸引。甜點綠野仙蹤 - 火山綠豆沙外層蛋白餅入口即融,裡面係綠豆蓉冰凍可口。杏雪 - 燕窩杏汁薏仁杏汁薏仁杏仁好重,再加埋燕窩,十分養顏。核桃小酥核桃酥有四片,帶核桃味清香,裡面還添加了麻糬,口感煙韌。芒果布甸雪糕芒果味道濃郁,配上脆脆,增加口感增次。

维港这片海,真的可以让人发呆一整天,每个季节都会有不同温度的幸福。虽然每周都会经过几次,甚至天星小轮都是我回家的交通工具之一,但仍然看不够,拍不够。原来看海是真的治愈心情。当然如果是在维港前,再来一套下午茶那就完美!海港城新晋打卡好去处,可以饱维港的美景,又是城中为数不多的中式下午茶,而且人均只要200+,我猜之后可能会一位难求!·周末在附近逛gai,发现lcx这边转了餐厅,还是我钟意的咸点下午茶!!看了下tea set照片,择日不如撞日直接来坐坐。·下午茶精致也蛮好吃,粉红色闪着blingbling粉红墨鱼饺,松露樱花虾饺,清爽的金鱼饺,一口鲍烧卖,这些平时都是一些不平价餐厅才可以见到。另外下午茶塔里面的核桃小灰酥竟然是热的!刚烤出炉,又香又脆! 桂花乌龙梳打听起来就是夏天清爽的!太适合和姐妹约着一起拍照聊天了吧!

第三度菜式酸湯桂花魚片配西澳龍蝦,譚先生建議我們兩個人點一只一斤重的西澳龍蝦便足夠,論賣相已相當有氣派,酸湯魚為貴州黔系菜餚的代表作之一,有別於我們常吃到的四川酸菜魚,在香港能吃到高質的酸湯魚餐廳絕對不多,因此譚先生強烈建議起筷前,先嗜一口湯頭,此酸湯呈橘黃色,氣味香濃,口感豐厚,酸味較重,配以醃製過的蘿蔔粒、酸菜、辣椒和鮮蘿蔔片。 一羹入喉,非常惹味,根本停不下來。 桂花魚片刀功一流,透白如雲,火候適中,味鮮嫩滑;西澳龍蝦宛如白玉,纖維緊緻,爽滑彈牙,煮出了南澳的口感,這趟真是值了! 原諒我在如此精緻的用餐環境,也忍不住「親手」將龍蝦瓦解。

第四度菜名字記不起來了,也忘了拍照,是招牌炒飯,譚先生表示,黑醬油是特別調製的,配料有蛋絲、青紅辣椒粒及豬肉絲,口感乾身,粒粒分別嚼勁,屬於我喜歡的質感,但若辣椒粒可以加倍,一定更惹味。

由於菜肴份量不小,因此炒飯也沒有吃完,但一頓圓滿的晚餐,總難避免由甜品畫上句號,若能添上幾分醉意更是錦上添花。 因此,譚先生為我們送上甜品與醇酒,杏汁燕窩奶凍與中式白酒。 奶凍上鋪滿了晶瑩剔透的燕窩,澆上花奶提香,奶凍散發著淡淡的清甜杏香,白滑軟綿,配上炸過的越南米紙薄脆,口感鮮明。 至於中式白酒只敢淺嗜,因沒有喝酒習慣,最初以為濃度如此高,肯定難以下嚥,沒想到入口順滑,吞下後一股暖流沿食道下走,感覺奇妙! 八十里除了用膳外,也設有酒吧和調酒師,各種中西酒類都有,相信也是個品酒的好地方。

Secondly, comes the food. It has the ‘wow’ factor for sure especially if you’re spicy/Sichuan food enthusiast. Love the eel stuffed in smoke pig intestine by master Chan! You cannot miss this one (shout out to Master Chan Kai Tak). Came here knowing they worked with retired master Chan and very much looking forward to try this dish. It was so good I think I will visit soon again just for this dish 🤣. Crispy, rich smoky flavor and just the right balance of spiciness!

Did try their truffle xiao long bao and to my surprise, it is perfect. Thin skin, juicy and the pork tasted fresh with a hint of truffle. Their shrimp spring roll with seaweed is also pretty outstanding. Crispy with generous shrimp meat and the seaweed elevated the shrimp taste.

They have this beautiful lobster aquarium outside and my kids had fun taking photos ☺️. We thought it would a good idea ordering lobster dish as our server recommended lobster dish as one of their signature. Kids picked the lobster rice in lobster broth. Good choice actually as the broth tasted amazing 🤩. Generous amount of lobster meat & broth. Kids love it so much they gobble up the luffa inside too! Love the idea of luffa gourd inside as it is a healthy version of broth rice. I like how thoughtful the chef is.

Lastly, I must share their modern green bean paste wrapped with meringue on the outer layer. This is indeed the most creative version I’ve seen so far in terms of traditional Chinese dessert! Bean paste is soft and smooth and cooked to just the right level of sweetness. The meringues give it extra texture and a beautiful look. Remember to save your tummy for this one if you love green bean like I do.

Overall, amazing experience and highly recommend. Seats are comfortable and interior is soothing with soft lighting and neutral colors.
