年尾先去日本,但已經好掛住日本既美食,其中一樣係我最愛既關西壽喜燒,關西煮最重要係個汁同埋d牛。同老婆上網搵到間主打壽喜燒,入到去店鋪雖然唔大,但環境好舒服。個memu主打壽喜燒,緊係即時點個壽喜燒再加其他配菜,今次點左壽喜燒套餐(和牛封門柳)+野菜拼盤關西壽喜燒其中一個特色就係先用牛脂開鑊,再煎香洋蔥🧅&京蔥,再加入佢地獨家秘調既壽喜燒汁,咸甜味道剛剛好,店員仲好細心教我地關西煮食法。濃濃既壽喜燒汁燒起後更加香,再配埋和牛封門柳,食落口牛味好重,好香好濃。追加牛板腱100g:牛板腱的纖維較粗,咀嚼起來較有彈性,但不會太柴硬。烹調後會變得更加嫩軟。稻庭烏冬:依款牌子嘅烏冬出名好食,淥幾耐都仲好彈牙,嚟收晒壽喜燒汁令成件事更加昇華,最好既結尾。

最近好想食壽喜燒,但係又冇時間去一轉日本,點知今日比我經過太子嘅時候,見到有一間日式小店,裝修好特別,真係好有日本嘅感覺,竟然又係主打壽喜燒喎,就梗係入去試吓啦!餐牌都幾多選擇,我地最後要左個人氣滿滿二人餐 ,都只係$630,我覺得都好抵食。餐包左365日全穀飼黑安格斯小排150g ,澳洲M9+全血和牛100g,野菜盤一份,生日本雞蛋兩隻同吉列千層豬一份,最後更加可以要埋飲品,我地就要左柚子果酒。柚子酒好易入口,中午飲都唔怕。野菜都好新鮮,仲要有好多唔同選擇,特別要講吓個豆腐超好食!千層吉列豬都好有驚喜,食落唔會覺得好肥膩。壽喜燒啲肉全部都好新鮮,而且好重牛尾,更加覺得好滑口,超級推介!
