只要兩邊煎香基本上就已經食得,封門柳食落肉味好濃,冇雪味,質感都偏軟淋,而壽喜燒醬汁味道甜甜哋, 唔算太濃(如果覺得味道太濃的話可以加旁邊嘅清湯調味)蘸埋蛋漿一齊食,簡直一絕!

當食晒牛肉之後,就可以加晒所有壽喜燒醬汁同埋湯去煮啲蔬菜,等蔬菜煮到軟淋就可以食;日本葛絲一定一定要等到最後先食,因為咁先可以吸晒之前所有食材嘅鮮味🤩

吉列西班牙豬扒赤面 $98

因為擔心淨係食壽喜燒會唔夠飽所以叫多咗一個赤面(不過這個擔心係多餘,因為淨係食壽喜燒其實都已經好飽🙈)選了傳統赤面湯,所以食落偏淡,反而可以中和左壽喜燒嘅油膩感

而吉列西班牙豬扒雖然咁厚身,但食落一啲都唔乾,反而仲好軟淋,再配上中間嘅芝士🤩🤩真係忍唔住口

✨整體來講,超高性價比的壽喜燒,牛肉質素好好,而且解凍做得好好,唔會有雪味,份量也剛好,食完唔會覺得太飽或者太少
