今晚準時收工到訪Basehall Big JJ 一試非常出名嘅鐵板餐,我們點了兩個套餐:1. 封門柳 $2482. ⁠豬扒斧頭扒 $198套餐配了燒汁,羅宋湯,餐包,任食薯條,無限伯爵青檸茶。羅宋湯十分足料,不會太過酸,好好飲。薯條係波浪形,放在鐵板上,倒入燒汁,微微烤燶是我個人最喜愛的食法。封門柳5成熟,肉味香濃,口感嫩滑,十分滿意,必食推介。斧頭扒全熟,肉質爽口,配上一大堆生蒜,十分惹味。特別一讚店員態度好好,不時走來添飲,服務一流👍🏻

珍姐餐廳開業冇耐已經吸引咗好多人幫襯。午市時段4款飯類好快就sold out! 晚餐時段準時於6pm開始,有三款鐵扒套餐提供 - 封門柳、斧頭豬扒及香煎雞扒。我哋就叫咗「招牌鑊仔封門柳鐵板餐」 (HKD248),除咗鐵板牛柳外仲有餐包、薯條、羅宋湯同埋飲品。鐵扒餐準備好就會通知你去counter度拎,喺嗰一刻店員就會灑少少鹽再落珍姐燒製汁。鐵板上放咗薯條然後三件鑊仔封門柳,我哋等啲牛柳喺鐵板上「滋」一陣先開始食。封門柳肉質嫩滑,有濃厚嘅牛肉味!配上特製燒汁更能將肉味帶到另一層次。有機會一定會試埋其他鐵板餐!初初以杯飲品就係一杯普通凍檸茶,飲落有檸茶同埋薄荷味。睇睇餐牌想知道係伯爵薄荷檸檬茶😆又幾好飲喎。

鐵板牛板腱,完全冇傳統茶記鬆肉粉既感覺,用咗美極去醃!食落冇筋,肉味重!用上傳統鐵板上,誠意十足😍會喺你面前淋黑椒汁,非常有食慾😍

去到嘅時候得返鐵板牛同雞排(本來想食豬但照殺!🤓)雞排有驚喜,啱啱好熟嘅狀態,嫩滑有汁水,外皮仲要非常脆!

有個位非常值得一試,就係佢個earl grey檸茶!同平時出面飲嘅檸茶茶底唔同,多左份香味🤓鍾意飲檸茶嘅必定唔好錯過!

其實我覺得Basehall是一個很不錯的選擇,如果你在中環找不到想吃的東西,而又想嘗試不同的高質美食,你可以來這裡看看,或許會有驚喜的發現。我會再來這裡,試試其他的餐廳和菜式。

The best part is probably satisfying people who have difficulties in choosing what they want and can end up with bits from each restaurant. Basehall is indeed a convenient venue that gathers all the famous restaurants together. The best part is probably satisfying people who have difficulties in choosing what they want and can end up with bits from each restaurant.

Tried @kamcentre.roastgoose and their Spanish fatty cha Siu is no joke! Probably better than their roasted goose! For their roasted goose, the skin is crispy but the goose is a bit too fatty. Hope that they could improve on their rice type as it’s too mushy.

As for 安利, I’ll be a good girl and go back to 三多.

Price: HK$150 pp
