有時唔知食咩好,又唔算好肚餓,就會去選食幾串串燒。呢間串燒的位置幾方便,喺朗豪坊過幾條街,食完野可以過返去買下野先走。串燒質素幾好,雞軟骨同雞腎都好有咬口,食下幾爽。雞翼燒得香同熱辣辣燒韮菜好正,係其中一個食韮菜的最佳方法。至於燒茄子係我食串燒必食的,味粉落得好夠,如果無咁油會更好。之後來碗花甲粉暖下胃,又有返啲澱粉落肚,個人更滿足。最後可以來個玉子燒做甜品,估唔到又幾好食喎,好鬆軟的蛋蛋,唔錯。

坦白講我最近試左好多串燒😹,但呢間真係不錯,等我話比大家聽點先叫好食。大家都知道,如果肉燒得唔好,會變得很好硬,但如果係外面加上一層外皮,就可以保持肉質的水嫩口感。我食落就各得呢間餐廳將所有的韌嘅肉加左層薄薄的酥脆(或者其實用左好多油),令所有的肉都充滿油份同辣辣地刺激嘅口感,都真係不錯!
