之前去完潮汕旅遊之後,非常掛住潮汕美食,經朋友介紹灣仔有間潮州美食,當然要過來試一試啦!店舖裝修幾特別,門口掛上經燈籠,店里燈光明亮,座位寬鬆舒適。滷水鵝肉,鵝肉唔會肥肉質嫩滑又有鮮味,鵝肉好香又入味又唔會切得太大件。鵝肝粉嫩食落好嫩滑又無渣,又夠入味,厚度適中又唔會油膩,配上滷水豆腐和花生,豆腐嫩滑花生又夠淋。老菜脯豬肚湯,豬肚湯好香胡椒味湯又鮮甜,豬肚又夠淋。普寧豆腐,豆腐炸到外脆內嫩又熱騰騰,沾上佢自家醬汁更加美味可口。鼠殼粿外面煙煙韌韌,內里是黑芝麻餡甜甜地幾特別。清心丸綠豆爽,清心丸幾煙韌綠豆又夠淋又唔會太甜。
