上環歌賦街呢間餐廳用咗落地玻璃做外牆,自然光照入嚟令餐廳感覺好舒服,配埋樓底高嘅白色圓拱形屋頂,加上紅金色嘅凳同bar area,格調高貴典雅,啱晒喺度過一個悠閒嘅weekend/fine dining今次我哋weekend嚟試吓佢個brunch,brunch嚟講佢真係好豐富 ($298+1),有兩個Starters,pasta同main各一,仲可以加埋甜品添💯 Starters: Polmard Beef tartare 係我食過最好食嘅其中一個牛肉他他!instead of putting the whole egg yolk,將油封蛋黃點滿成個beef tartare嘅面,靚之餘又好香,beef tartare食落好新鮮香口,入口滑順,配買炸脆薯格一齊食口感同味道都一流Artisan Strolghino Salami 嘅Salami 比我想像中厚身,食落好滑溜軟熟同有肉味,有少少肥膏增加成個香味,配埋脆餅乾一齊食好夾而且口感十足Puglia Burrata 芝士同蕃茄不嬲都絕配,呢度嘅burrata溝咗少少忌廉,芝士味好香濃而且綿密煙靭,只需要配埋多汁嘅蕃茄同小小橄欖油一齊食已

Homemade Potota Gnocchi 薯仔同麵粉嘅比例啱啱好,軟糯得來帶點煙靭,配埋香滑嘅牛油醬,紫蘇葉同蘆筍,又香又有嚼口
Orecchiette Casa Rinadi 一啲luganega sausage 做成嘅蔬菜燉肉,配上parmigiano reggiano計時同粒狀pasta,蔬菜腸燉肉整得好濃郁而且入味,配埋pasta一齊食好滋味
Main:
Sagabuta Pork Loin 200g 讚一讚佢嘅細心,好少地方會幫埋你切細塊扒,佢就好均勻幫你切成一片片方便你食👍🏼豬扒整得幾軟錜,豬肉味香,加埋面頭嘅青草醬一齊食,微酸配豬扒好正,旁邊嘅青椒就用橄欖油爆香過,食落好爽脆同keep到濃濃椒味,而薯蓉應該加咗蛋同忌廉,整得好香口好滑溜
Guindilla Chili Half baby chicken BB雞好厚身同厚肉,外皮炸得金黃酥脆,外脆內軟,雞肉好嫩滑而且juicy,保留咗雞嘅鮮味,而且隻雞冇咩骨啖啖肉,後面仲有薯蓉同蔬菜中和返油膩感
Dessert and free flow:
Manjari Chocolate tart 用咗法國Valrhona Nanjari朱古力做成,我想講有口感之餘又好好味!撻底同面頭都係脆脆地,中間仲要夾咗一層朱古力醬同埋海鹽焦糖醬,醬汁好軟滑香濃,上面仲要夾雜左啲爆炸糖,仲有raspberry雪芭,中和返個甜度,加埋一齊食味道濃郁,層次感都一流
Cheesecake上面勁多士多啤梨粒,配埋軟綿濃郁嘅芝士蛋糕幾好食
跟brunch仲可以配埋2 hours free flow ($198),有8款唔同嘅紅,白,汽酒,Prosecco,cocktail同mocktaol選擇,又抵又襯brunch,呢餐真係超級滿足!
