之前都同大家介紹過呢一間嘅三黃雞同埋weekend brunch,最近佢哋出咗新Menu,同朋友再一次到訪,享用佢哋嘅6-course dinner tasting menu ($698)🤣前菜之前享用咗3道Amuse bouche,擺盤都幾有心思~自己幾鍾意Focaccia pugliese勁香橄欖油同herbs嘅味,而且外脆內軟嘅口感~Crab Broiche Tartine嘅麵包好鬆軟,加埋大量軟熟嘅蟹肉同少少檸檬嘅調味,放入口有啲似將我條脷瞓咗係枕頭同冚被咁(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) Bluefin Tuna Cornetto呢個就玩口感嘅對比,脆筒包住吞拿魚蓉同牛油果莎莎醬,上面仲有啲希靈魚子醬好精緻🤍呢間餐廳另一樣出名嘅就係佢哋有60種Vermouth,今次都試咗兩杯用vermouth做基底嘅cocktail,Pomme Haut ($110) 就比較fruity同甜,容易入口啲,如果係想試真啲vermouth,可以試吓B&R Adonis ($110)🤑兩款Starter包括21-Day Dry Aged Beef Tartare牛肉份量慷慨,好軟稔,加埋多士冇得輸🤤 另一份So

兩款Starter包括21-Day Dry Aged Beef Tartare牛肉份量慷慨,好軟稔,加埋多士冇得輸🤤 另一份Soft-boiled Egg /w Potato Porcini Espuma 其實係溫泉蛋牛肝菌泡沫,入口雖然係凍凍地,不過菇味都好濃郁,而且第一次食同溫泉蛋嘅配搭,感覺幾得意😍
跟住嘅Pasta都有兩款,Blue Cheese Risotto 呢個幾有驚喜,藍芝士嘅味道都幾出,濃郁嘅程度拿捏得啱啱好,加咗啲蘋果嘅甜平衡返🤙🏻 自己更鍾意Yellow Wine Crab Orecchiette 呢份,蟹肉份量都好多,而且好鮮味,掛晒上去貓耳朵上面,食落好滿足🥰
接下來兩款主菜都好有水準,Roasted Black Cod擺盤好精緻,魚皮煎到好香脆,魚肉好滑嫩,煎完逼晒啲魚油嘅油香出嚟👍🏻 36hr Slow-cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek呢個一切落已經feel到個種軟稔,食落牛味濃郁,特別一讚佢個Veal Jus同牛面頰好夾,雖然個時已經好飽,不過都輕鬆清碟😻
最後嘅甜品係Vanilla cheesecake同心太軟,前者口感幼滑,比起平時嘅更light,食落唔會好heavy✨ 心太軟焗到外脆內流心,食落去朱古力味好濃郁,一啲都唔甜,加埋雲呢拿雪糕冰火交融好正❤️🔥 最後同朋友追加一round cocktail,Crocus ($130)就係偏fruity,Tempo Per L’estate ($120)飲落會先享受到pistachio cream嘅堅果香,然後被超強嘅酒衝擊🤪
總括嚟講,同朋友夾埋已經第三次到訪,自己覺得呢一間以佢價錢同埋食物質素相較性價比幾高,絕對推介大家重要日子同另一半過嚟,或者係平時同朋友過嚟試佢哋嘅vermouth cocktail都唔錯🫶🏻
