已經一段時間沒有到銅鑼灣吃晚飯,今晚又回到備長,老闆說他們裝修後多了壽司及刺身,叫我們除了點串燒外,一定要試一下。這兒九成是熟客,大家如到朋友家一樣,老闆又會在場親自接待客人,和客人寒暄,是少有的港式情懷。一座低就有日式居酒屋可見的蔬菜作為開胃小食,將日本椰菜,青瓜及甘筍點上日式味噌,是簡單,卻有美味的配酒佳餚。 再來一客 #胡麻豆腐沙律 ,清清涼涼的開胃菜,份量大適合二人分享。這兒的燒烤就有如餐廳名一樣是用備長炭燒的,厚切牛舌 ,溫泉蛋免治雞肉棒 ,蘆筍豬肉卷係必點嘅,鹽燒雞翼 ,燒豚之大腸 香口之余還有肉汁菜汁,燒茄子 上面鋪滿了鰹魚絲,海洋加陸地美味嘅混合,燒雞心 ,盐烧多春鱼 都係我由細食到大的每樣都香口,特別係牛舌熟度剛剛好咬落去充滿肉汁。為咗支持老闆嘅新裝備,我哋點咗兩件 三文魚壽司 ,同兩件 油甘魚壽司 ,果然冇令我哋失望厚切魚生非常新鮮肥美。最後來一大碗 牛肉稻庭烏冬 ,大大片的薄切肥牛,入口即化,果然是用了品質高的牛肉。
