朋友說想搞搞新意思, 選了間德國酒吧慶生, 以前我在蘭桂坊也試過類似的, 印像不錯, 希望這間不會令大家失望!可能因為時間尚早, 客人不算太多, 我們反而覺得這樣更舒服!來德國酒吧,啤酒是必選,我們叫了Weisse beer (黑麥啤),口感滑溜和甜香,有烤過的麥味, 與一般啤酒味道大有不同,值得一試! 有酒不能無肉,我們叫了一碟腸仔雜錦拼盤(platter), 有幾款腸仔、 芝士粒, 酸椰菜和酸菜。 因為大家還要趕下一場,不敢多吃, 下次有機會才吃豬手吧!

而主食方面我地叫左d腸拼薯條, 德國漢堡扒, 薯仔沙律, Pizza, 仲有必食既豬手。豬手唔會咸, 外皮亦好夠脆, 伴碟既酸菜亦好好食, 果然係招牌之作。

總括黎講呢度係一間岩一班朋友黎傾計吹既好地方, 價錢唔算貴, 野食味道又唔錯, 難怪閒日晚都爆場了。

朋友生日,一心諗住食德國豬手,本打算試河內街另一間,因為較多人推廣,點知無開或是已執左,惟有去試隔離果間,點知中伏,德國豬手皮硬又不脆,完全不可入口,肉地偏鹹,唯一可入口係薯蓉,因為無大味道,牛肉意粉個汁鹹到要沖水,牛肉似牛腩咁,不太過火,但完全食不出味道過來,因為實在太鹹,惟一最好的飲品,好快飲完 因為食物太鹹,本來仲想叫德國腸仔,但試左兩碟鹹成咁都不敢再叫,若果你是特別重口味才好試,以咁的價錢來講實在完全不能接受,本人不會再光顧。

不定期都會想到這裡啤啤去,喜歡這裡吵嘈熱鬧的德國酒吧風情。係時候開飯,但又唔多想食。呢度可以order小食/主菜/啤酒,叫一份腸仔拼盤已經足夠2個鐘吹水,加埋happy hour既啤酒,完美!再點一份豬手,外皮香脆,肉質幼嫩。薯蓉伴碟更吃到不能自拔,將薯仔打溶至creamy質地,容易入口,但多吃會覺鹹,亦因是澱粉質會感到飽肚。推薦喜歡熱鬧、想感受在酒吧邊食邊談天的朋友。

今日跟朋友慶生, 到一間德國BAR 吃飯, 點了3款菜, 沒想到份量超大 所以相對價錢也不算貴, 我們都有點2款餐湯, 原想當成STARTER, 朋友點SOUP OF THE DAY, 我要了牛尾湯, 湯來了, 沒想到2款湯都超超超超超咸 , 喝了一口也喝不下去, 最後都給退了, 首先上場的是蔬菜蛋餅, 3款菜我最喜歡這個, 雖然都比較咸, 但相比餐湯也淡多了, 蛋餅沒有超乾的感覺, 很餅身看似厚實, 但吃下去卻很鬆化, 另外一個RIBS, 感覺外皮較乾, 但肉質似煲湯豬肉 我自己覺得麻麻, 若改選牛扒應該會好一點, 最後上的是由餐湯改選德國腸, 可能我們不會點德國菜, 這款香腸沒什麼特別, 但這款德國腸跟RIBS, 都配上大量炸薯條....應該是給配啤酒, 但可惜我們都不喝啤酒, 所以都沒有吃完薯條.....

今日跟朋友慶生,

所以相對價錢也不算貴, 

我們都有點2款餐湯, 原想當成STARTER, 
朋友點SOUP OF THE DAY, 我要了牛尾湯, 
湯來了, 沒想到2款湯都超超超超超咸
,
喝了一口也喝不下去, 最後都給退了, 

首先上場的是蔬菜蛋餅, 
3款菜我最喜歡這個, 
雖然都比較咸, 但相比餐湯也淡多了, 
蛋餅沒有超乾的感覺, 
很餅身看似厚實, 但吃下去卻很鬆化, 

另外一個RIBS, 
感覺外皮較乾, 但肉質似煲湯豬肉 

我自己覺得麻麻, 若改選牛扒應該會好一點, 

最後上的是由餐湯改選德國腸, 
可能我們不會點德國菜, 這款香腸沒什麼特別, 
但這款德國腸跟RIBS, 都配上大量炸薯條....
應該是給配啤酒, 但可惜我們都不喝啤酒, 
所以都沒有吃完薯條.....

吃罷這meaty 的一餐。感覺 - 超爽! 呵呵

It can be difficult to get a place to sit (tables or rounded bar corners) without a reservation but we came before 8pm and were lucky to get a table. Service was quick and the selection of German beers from Pils to Koestrizer dark beer to Weizen wheat beer is very good. Each beer was a little underfilled, likely caused by not letting it settle for a minute after pouring before topping it up and sending it out. That's a little irritating but only a little. Each beer was a little underfilled, likely caused by not letting it settle for a minute after pouring before topping it up and sending it out. That's a little irritating but only a little. We ordered a mixed cheese and cold cuts plate for starters and for mains cordon bleu (chicken breast with slices of ham and cheese, together in bread crumbs and deep fried) and Rollbraten (a rolled piece of steak filled with veggies and some bacon, baked in the oven, with red cabbage and potato dumplings). Unfortunately the starter and main courses came at the same time which is very un-German. You should have time to enjoy your starter before the main courses arrive. The bread basket arrived after the starter and main courses arrived which is even more odd. The bread tastedl like it had been cut an hour or two before since it was dry on both sides. The bread should taste freshly cut. Despite the bad timing the main courses were very very good. The Rollbraten (steak) was tender and the sauce rich. The cordon bleu was also as good as in Germany. Being European and having lived in Germany for many years I can confirm the food is genuine. My non-European (HK) companion wasn't so impressed by the food.

Overall I quite liked the Biergarten but would recommend the staff are better trained in German eating habits to make the experience more genuine. I noticed at the table next to me that their questions about the menu couldn't be answered by the waitress. This should also belong to basic training.

Although we left before 9pm the bathrooms were already in a dismal state. Doesn't anybody check them from time to time? Deducting points for hygiene.

今次係第二次黎呢度食德國菜!上次坐左係地下一層,電話成日收唔到,哈哈!今次坐舖面,原來唔只得高椅或bar位,仲有d坐得好舒適既位置俾我地揀,但無奈已經full左,唯有照坐高椅啦!今次只係叫左兩杯wernesgruner 0.5L,德國啤都係比較重麥味同泡比較厚。happy hour 52蚊一杯,好扺!再叫左隻德國咸豬手($195),等左半個鐘呀。終於到左但食食下竟然發覺大部份豬手既皮都未烤到脆卜卜,好似平時食個d豬皮咁,即刻叫佢換過份,另一份呢個情況就無咁嚴重,但都有小小,照食啦。豬手有好多骨膠原,雖然無重到張住個口,但有痴住牙既感覺,唔錯唔錯。豬手肉唔太咸,不過要配埋酸菜同薯蓉食先可以食得多,如果唔係會好濟。薯蓉好好味,因落左好多牛油同牛奶,凍左變左成舊牛油咁企左係碟度,哈哈!埋單329蚊,兩個人食都ok丫!

朋友是個薯仔痴,我們點了個Vienna Sausage拼薯仔沙律,薯仔沙律是酸酸的,薯仔是切成厚片,剛好熟透,略嫌沙律醬汁太多。Vienna Sausage是烚熟的,或許其他人會覺得不夠香口,在King Ludwig都是把腸煎香的,但在德國就是這樣的烚熟,蠻健康~ 哈哈

為了吃這個配菜Kartoffelklöße,我選擇了這道主菜。本來我就不太愛牛肉的,雖然煮得很稔,但好像沒甚麼肉味。相反,我倒是欣賞它的配菜。德國的醃紅椰菜,我一向也很愛吃。至於期待已久的Kartoffelklöße,其實是薯仔做的麵團,做法是把烚熟的薯仔壓成溶,加入麵粉做成麵團,搓成球狀後再烚熟。Kartoffelklöße是煙煙靱靱的,有點像吃糯米、湯圓那種口感,味道是很濃的薯仔味。

而另一個主菜是由我那「薯仔痴」朋友點的,是燒春雞配煎薯仔。份量大得勁人,我沒有吃過雞,不能下評語,但我嚐過那薯仔,煎得一流,沾上了香草,表面煎得金黃微燶,是喜歡薯仔的人必吃的配菜。

朋友的生日聚會啤一啤 !食左幾次king ludwig,所以今次試這間~因為沒有live band,沒有king ludwig那麼吵,可以傾到計~當然主要來啤酒啦~ 好好味!!!喝不了酒的,飲了少一些的cocktail顏色好美喔~ 朋友說味道不錯~食物當然少不了豬手和香腸啦 !豬手的話,個人較喜歡king ludwig的這個淡了一點香腸拼盤已經切好哂, 好方便好好味!也叫了豬頸肉, 味道好濃~三文魚沙律, 好味 !再加多個扒, 都ok~到後來有外國人high到在唱歌跳舞添~
