早咗收工就同朋友嚟打個邊爐先,雖然以前都食過大滾友嘅打邊爐,但係呢間真係好方便同舒服,位置坐落喺荃灣千色店附近。裝修格局同其他分店一樣,好有中國風。我同朋友叫咗幾樣經典菜式,都推介俾大家:佢嘅招牌花膠雞湯底真係冇得頂,開胃兼養顏。啲雞好新鮮,餚出嚟嘅湯底真係好濃味,再加上用優質嘅花膠,食完真係好補,皮膚都好啲。我哋都叫咗兩隻鮑魚,最建議真係放落滾湯烚5分鐘就食得,勁彈牙新鮮。另外叫咗唔同嘅牛肉同牛舌,都好新鮮彈牙,好有牛味。整體嚟講好值得推介嘅一間打邊爐,同三五知己敘舊一流。

佢嘅招牌花膠雞湯底真係冇得頂,開胃兼養顏。啲雞好新鮮,餚出嚟嘅湯底真係好濃味,再加上用優質嘅花膠,食完真係好補,皮膚都好啲。

我哋都叫咗兩隻鮑魚,最建議真係放落滾湯烚5分鐘就食得,勁彈牙新鮮。

另外叫咗唔同嘅牛肉同牛舌,都好新鮮彈牙,好有牛味。

整體嚟講好值得推介嘅一間打邊爐,同三五知己敘舊一流。
