2年前經常幫襯的,當時味道很好,算一間不錯的飯店。但昨晚再食晚飯,感到質素下滑得頗厲害。部分食物(小籠包、鍋貼)到枱時涼了, 鍋貼皮厚及韌,小籠包皮厚味道欠佳。醉雞沒有酒味。蝦唔新鮮。甜品有紅豆沙餡的都有燒焦味,感覺失望。但有部分食品還是可以,如炒年糕,蔥油餅,白肉 都不錯。

今晚試了一間非常難食,價錢又貴的店舖,就係九龍塘又一城果間「王家沙-花樣年華」。今晚order 左一碗招牌擔擔麵售HK$78, 一碗黑毛豬擔擔麵售賣$128, 前菜係上海烤夫及煎鍋貼,全部都好難食,價錢又貴。例子 擔擔面嘅湯又唔熱又冇味,好似清水一樣完全冇味道,烤夫質感非常之硬及乾爭爭,煎鍋貼只有三隻,又唔熱,硬骨骨,塊皮非常之厚。另外佢哋話要時間整豬扒,所以先做好擔擔面給我,佢哋話塊豬扒遲啲會有,但係等咗好耐都未有,最後我哋食完碗麵,塊豬扒先至到,好好彩塊豬扒都叫做過得去,識得入口。最後計埋加一服務費,埋單 HK$380。又貴又唔好食。請各位不要去食。

同朋友嚟九龍塘行街,甘啱想食上海菜,見到呢度有間裝修唔錯,而且菜式種類幾多嘅店鋪,所以決定試吓!招牌蟹粉小籠包($78)食上海野一定要叫小籠包😋味道唔錯,一咬落去好多肉汁,但食唔出蟹粉味,似普通小籠包😢四川麻辣水煮鮮魷湯麵($98)上菜的時候聞到好大陣酸味,有別於平時的水煮湯底味道,好感不大...但食的時候就沒有太酸,反而幾香麻辣味,適合重口味嘅人食。魷魚份量偏少,而且魷魚係細條,味道也很一般😢不太建議呢道菜上海粗炒($98)上海粗炒有上海菜風味,味道也不錯,唯獨是偏油,食到底見到一堆油不太開胃😣😣芝麻豆沙餅($48)最後叫咗個甜點,豆沙餡好好食,好香豆沙味!外皮口感一般,如果外皮改用酥皮,口感會更豐富。

喺呢個時候,忽然有個女部長走過出來問我們菜上齊味呀⋯⋯我哋即刻把握呢個時機向佢反映實況,佢亦似乎好了解,馬上叫人替我們更換熱茶,換過啲餐碟等我哋切蛋糕,態度比起剛才嘅男店員簡直係180度轉變,至於食物水準嘅問題,她也看似非常無奈,解釋說可能係店舖冷氣太大、有可能係我哋訂5:30廚房師傅未返度!我哋再問阿姐點解味道跟之前完全唔同是否轉了廚房,她回答:是公司轉了現在是王家沙花様年華

今晚在又一城王家沙叫左鮮雞湯陽春麵做宵夜,打個電話落單,去到就有得拎了。番到屋企就立即打開食啦麵同湯係分隔開的,可能由整出黎到拎番屋企太耐了,放在上層既麵都乾到硬左了,再放湯,咁就正常番😆雞湯唔錯👍🏻👍🏻鮮雞湯陽春麵麵質都幾好,因為係淨陽春麵,都無乜餸,不過我唔介意,宵夜就簡單點啦😙。

First of all,you can get much better food with less than that ridiculous price. (A beef noddle costed me for almost 100 as u can see, and it tasted super average,like to a point where my mom can cook it)Second of all, they charged me extra 10% for the tips while treating me like I’m eating in Mcdonald(Maybe a little bit better than that) But still a lot worse than the 10% should be offering. Second of all, they charged me extra 10% for the tips while treating me like I’m eating in Mcdonald(Maybe a little bit better than that) But still a lot worse than the 10% should be offering. Don’t think I’ll be describing how bad it is in details, instead, an example is given for you guys to compare( I once dined in a mexican restaurant in east tsim sha tsui, no tips was needed, yet the staff always had a smile on their face while serving and introducing every courses to me with a genuinely “i put my heart to serve you” vibe. The food, I wouldn’t say fancy, but at least they have their own characteristics in them, and It only costed me “150” in total. What a joke comparing to this 王家沙 thing.



Bottom line: If u are looking for quality’s food with a reasonable price, don’t dine in here. If you are looking for a restaurant with good vibe, cross this place out of your mind already. Just don’t. Dining in there will only ruin your mood and day, trust me.


Btw, this is probably the most ripped-off restaurant I have ever been to in my entire live. I felt like I wasted 500 dollars for sth that I could have bought for 40.

放工後同男朋友去附近食晚餐,咁啱嚟到九龍塘,決定食中菜😌由於我哋兩個都唔太肚餓嘅關係…我哋order咗一個小菜、一個炒飯,分別係:楊州炒飯($98)、乳鴿一隻(忘記價錢)個楊州炒飯調味做得好好,鹹淡適中👏🏻材料亦都好豐富,有雞肉、蝦仁、菜心、冬菇、紅蘿蔔等,最鍾意就係佢個炒飯底!佢並唔係一般嘅白飯,而係蛋炒飯😍 加分!而乳鴿亦都炸得好好,外皮好脆,食落似係即叫即整👍🏻 我哋兩個人一人半隻,爭啲唔夠分🤣
