同朋友兩個人由中環去到太古城開OpenRice找晚飯食,開OpenRice見到王家沙找了商場地點,入去坐低,打開餐牌未叫餐,再看OpenRice見到訂位有八五折,佢當時全個場係一枱客都無,時間大概6:30pm,我再問個職員我哋睇OpenRice過嚟, 是否即訂位有八五折優惠,佢話我已坐低唔通叫你出去呀,冇得咁樣做(職員態度有啲看不起我們😡)其實我乜都未落單,我們行返出去當作另一個客再入嚟都得,況且佢又唔係坐爆曬人當時一台客都無,睇佢怎樣招呼客人,俾唔俾你OpenRice訂位有八五折的優惠,當然佢冇俾我們優惠啦!算了!其二,食物又不給星級,但價錢就10分升級,我們兩個人食晚飯,合共額外比了$70餘元是(包括:加一服務費、2人茶錢、和(最搞笑)的是整一碟唔話俾你知要收錢的,所謂花生🥜的前菜,「我們完全感受到這是個:俾人狗眼服務的態度和升級的價錢,但係又無星級的食物質素嘅食店」對這間食店十分失望😞

8號風球下沒有地方去,於是乎去了太古城走走,經過王家沙,很久沒有去,於是入去嘗嘗晚餐。叫了小籠包,擔擔面,鹹肉津白,和高力豆沙。前菜有花生,不過要收$12。鹹肉津白味道可以,但鹹肉很肥。擔擔面的份量不俗。小籠包汁很多,但外皮有點硬。高力豆沙有四個,味道可以。整體來說,食物的質素可以,賣相不特別吸引,不過份量就比其他同類的餐廳多一點。而在太古城也沒有類似的上海菜,如果真的很想吃上海菜,也可以嘗試這間餐廳。

今天午餐吃得不多,下班時已經很餓,決定在公司附近的太古城吃完晚餐才回家數年前曾光顧這裡的王家沙,原來餐廳已經重新裝修,主打年輕路線店內裝環境寬闊,花團錦簇加上紅磚牆及通花的木門,充滿夢幻氣息涼菜蒜泥白肉卷著萵筍,加上一點辣蒜泥醬,開胃惹味陳醋海蜇頭清脆爽口,色澤透亮醉嘉美雞酒味滲入雞皮及雞肉,入口軟滑點心招牌蟹粉小籠包咬一小口後,香味撲鼻而來,皮薄餡靚蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯精華全部鎖在湯汁裡面,清甜濃郁小菜樟茶鴨配有蝴蝶包,可夾著包加點醬一起吃上海擔擔麵可選辣或不辣,份量足,餡料多,而且湯底做得不錯

今日難得嚟到太古城,唸左好耐究竟食啲咩好,最終決定試一試王家沙。

選擇都算多,睇到有啲眼花繚亂。
最後叫了小籠包、 蟹粉生煎包、胡椒鮮肉餅、 上海粗炒、茄汁黑毛豬扒飯和高力豆沙。

所有嘢食嚟到都唔夠熱,味道更是一般。
小籠包唔夠熱,皮較厚,湯汁都唔多
蟹粉生煎包比小籠包好些
胡椒鮮肉餅夠熱,但胡椒味不重
上海粗炒和茄汁黑毛豬扒飯完全唔熱,味道一般
