今日天氣突然轉涼,好幸運喺香港總有一間冰室喺左近。今晚試吓銅鑼灣嘅波士冰室,食個暖笠笠嘅晚餐。我好意外見到我嘅最愛蛋包飯,所以好容易就決定咗叫西冷牛扒漩渦蛋包飯。不禁欣賞呢個名改得份外繪形繪色。西冷牛扒嘅牛筋牛肉分布平均,加有少許黑椒,更帶出香濃味道。香滑炒蛋漩渦般蓋住白飯面,造型味道同樣吸引。再配甜甜的日式照燒汁,仲有西蘭花同櫻桃番茄伴碟,色香味俱全。注重養生嘅我又遇着寒冷天氣,好自然俾冰室嘅自家製生磨蛋白杏仁茶吸引咗,熱騰騰的,一邊飲一邊食到粒粒蛋白,蛋白質豐富又暖身。

當發現叫錯後, 已經是接近送餐上枱的時間, 看到餐牌可以補少少錢加一隻蛋, 店員及廚房都很好的幫我上枱前急忙再加上炒蛋。 咖哩是帶椰香的那款, 味道濃而且質地濃稠, 佐飯一流。 炆得軟淋的牛筋腩完全掛上咖哩汁,牛腩的肉汁配上咖哩的香實在難抗拒。咖哩加蛋的化學作用所帶出的美味,真的是不能用筆墨來形容。 當然下次要試返他們正版蛋包飯(哈哈)。

香煎豬扒原來非常用心的用香茅醃製過, 香氣撲鼻, 而且兩面已經煎香, 扒身亦夠厚, 肉汁依然充足, 絕對高質。 另外一讚是他的丹麥多士, 充滿牛油酥香的外層 ,本身亦帶有微甜, 再加綿密的內心, 真的有衝動再叫一份來吃。

這裏其中一款人氣美食。但下次應該吃完飯再叫, 因為上臺後等了一段時間才吃, 只餘下少量流心效果, 幸好沒有流失美味。 芝士味非常香濃, 充滿奶香, 西多士炸得非常酥脆鬆化。 特別之處是依然可配合提供的糖漿來吃, 雖然又鹹又甜卻有另外一番獨特風味令人上癮。

這裏的懷舊紅豆冰也相當出色, 紅豆大大粒而且經過醃製後更加能帶出紅豆的香。

今日第一日返新工,為了避免遲到,所以變提早出門到公司附近的茶餐廳吃早餐再上去很久沒有來利園區域,這裏改變了不少我在街上看見一間嶄新的茶餐廳,便決定在這裏開始我新的一天。茶餐廳在餐牌上推介沙嗲牛肉麵,所以便決定試一試。我套餐亦附上丹麥多士和櫻花蝦炒蛋,亦可以像我一樣,額外加隻蛋丹麥多士鬆化,牛油味濃。令人食指大動停不下來沙嗲牛肉麵的牛肉十分驚喜,而且吃到不少花生粒果然真材實料最後在附上一杯完美的凍奶茶結束這個完美的早餐

之前食過灣仔果間分店,味道很不錯!今日經過見到原來銅鑼灣都有一間,就好有信心 咁走入去食lunch見到常餐有丹麥多士即刻決定左要食呢個香煎豬扒銀絲米粉塊豬扒真係大過我塊面煎得夠香,肉質好嫩!不過湯底就淡味左少少,如果可以加啲麻油香會更好!塊丹麥多士勁好食好重牛油香,而且又夠鬆脆!真係想特別再單叫一塊~~馬來炒貴刁炒得夠乾身,充滿住咖喱香。每條粉都好分明唔會痴實哂!不過呢度應該用左河粉,比較粗身啲~貴刁係比較幼身的!懷舊紅豆冰
