Brass Spoon嘅越南粉,港島區相信都無人不曉,話哂都係上過米芝蓮嘅食店。以同類菜比較,呢碗粉定價絕對唔平,但由早到晚人潮不斷,精萃在於真材實料、用心製作嘅湯底。無添加味精,加入百斤牛骨長時間燉煮,湯底鮮甜,肉味香濃,清而不油膩。河粉充分吸收湯汁,粉條細滑,一嗦一吸,每一啖都嚐到肉鮮。芽菜、香菜另上,等客人可以自由控制生熟程度。生熟牛肉各有千秋,前者油花較多,口感較滑;熟牛肉應該係近牛腩部位,肥瘦參半,肉質嫩中帶油香。餐廳流動性高,無論攞位、上菜,都唔需要點等,正合香港人追求效率嘅生活模式。

突然想吃越南河,見到這間餐廳網上有好評,及相中非常多芫荽及蔥,感覺非常清新,應該很合我口味。於是便跟男友前來吃午餐。以越南餐廳來說地方都算挺大,吧枱比較多,座位之間有間隔。進店前,店員有為我們量體溫及提供酒精消毒,注重衛生。金色的匙羹及金色光面設計的枱讓人感覺非常高級。當天去到生熟牛肉河粉及熟牛肉河粉都沒有得選擇,有點可惜。於是我點了一個生牛肉河粉。配料洋蔥,蔥,芫荽,我都✅了多的份量。湯底非常鮮甜。生牛肉份量都算多,浸了一會便變熟了,牛肉味香濃,肉質軟嫩,非常好吃 配上大量的配料,吃下去非常清新。另外配料還有生芽菜,薄荷葉,把薄荷葉浸落湯底令到整碗牛肉河粉都充滿薄荷味。不過我覺得價錢略貴,而且河粉的份量不是太多,但是牛肉及湯底是非常好吃的。

Terrible service and overpricing ordinary food. My colleague and I were assigned to a bar table. Seeing someone was leaving, we requested to take over the leaving seats. "No!", not even with a polite apology was a simple reply. Having lunch during lunchtime in Central, it was understood that people would leave when finished. My colleague finished her last sip and was wiping her mouth, the waiter came and told us we could pay. Thanks for reminding! Definitely will never come again.

今天約了舊同事在中環吃午餐, 她介紹了這家越南餐廳, 我們大約12:45pm到達了餐廳門外排隊等候入座餐廳內每個位置都緊迫, 有一長長吧枱, 上班族肩貼肩地速吃午餐點了一生熟牛肉越南粉($86), 越南粉的湯底很重要, 先試一口並沒有特別驚為天人的感覺, 吃不出是否用鮮肉製成的湯底, 這個有點失望,除此之外, 可自由選擇要洋蔥和蒽加在湯上河粉的份量是足夠的, 牛肉片的質素還可以, 可是薄紙般的牛肉片卻只有三四小片, 吝嗇得可憐平庸的味道只想令我乾脆快點吃完結帳走人, 也許這就是在中環快餐廳的特色之一吧

Long queue here every single day. 好彩朋友一早去攞飛排隊所以一去到唔使5分鐘我就有得入去食啦。其實我個人係唔鍾意食pho, 我爸爸就好鍾意,以前喺加拿大成日都俾人迫去食pho, 所以我食到驚。返到嚟香港我一餐越南粉都未食過,不過嗰日朋友想食就陪佢啦。我食生熟牛肉粉再加牛丸,個soup base係幾好味嘅,食完都冇好口渴。可能係我大食,食完碗粉過咗唔使三個鐘我已經覺得肚餓,所以我覺得碗粉嘅份量男仔應該食唔飽。
