Under the glamour of Michelin award, I have a higher expectation on brass spoon, but turns out fairly disappointing.😥The staff couldn’t distinguish the differences between the two beef. The thin sliced beef was not either beefy or luscious,and tasted tough. 🥩👎🏻Surprisingly, the noodles really stood out😮, maybe was the BEST pho noodle I have ever had, bouncy.🍜🤌🏻 Really like they included various herbs, refreshing the pho.🌿

Couldn’t tell the difference between these two raw beef pho, thus I would recommend to order the basic pho, as it was cheaper.😂💸

個粉卷可以skip咗佢,因為好唔抵食!😓皮好厚、好細舊、又少饀。裡面得少量嘅豬肉碎,冬菇碎同粉絲,加上調味好淡。👎🏻

I reckon you can skip this spring roll, as it was not a good bargain! 😓The wrapper was thick, small portion with stingy amount of fillings. The fillings inside were flavourless pork mince, shiitake mushrooms and rice noodles.👎🏻

呢間係人龍店,以為米芝蓮推介會好好食,所以都抱有期望咁去食,點知好失望。同朋友兩個收左工去食,我叫左配扎肉湯河,我朋友就叫生牛河。扎肉河同生牛河既份量都好少,唔單止肉既份量少,河粉都係一樣咁少,食完都唔係好夠飽。而且味道都好一般,用咁既價錢去食一碗pho,應該唔會有第二次。

There will always be days when you need a good bowl of pho to warm your heart and soul. Brass Spoon is the place that can give you that warmth.

I always order their premium raw beef pho with beef oil and extra scallion and coriander. The added beef oil not only adds a lot of flavor and depth to the soup but also keeps the soup piping hot. The noodles are silky smooth yet bouncy.

I also like their fried spring rolls and Vietnamese milk coffee. Just that added sides to go with the pho.

Some might think paying over a hundred dollars for a bowl of pho is a bit overpriced. But when you can pay a hundred or two to get some comfort by food, that’s priceless.

特級生牛肉粉 + 牛丸($128 + $15):招牌牛肉湯粉碗就真係好大,湯都裝得好滿,可惜河粉份量不多,點咗多洋蔥、多、多芫茜賣相都唔係咁震撼。平心而論,清澈嘅湯底甜而不濁,河粉麵條柔滑,牛丸夠彈牙,生牛肉亦巧薄軟潤,伴配嘅生洋蔥爽脆清甜,唯一問題係唔夠熱,而且單食一碗真係唔係人人夠飽

人氣越南餐廳「Brass Spoon」光猛企理,服務生態度絕對唔可以話差,因為其實佢地係咩台都唔知,由入門口到離開都只係二十分鐘左右,全程當真係零對話,只可講句效率高。食物除咗份量偏少之外,質素都比較參差,招牌特級生牛肉湯粉除咗唔夠熱之外味道真係唔錯,最劣就係嗰杯唔香唔滑兼苦澀嘅凍越南咖啡
,係真材實料一定會喺餐桌上慢慢滴囉!請恕XO仔直言,接近三百蚊嘅午餐自己會情願食日式午市套餐。

🐽Ordered the Pork chop cold noodle with a fresh coconut. 🥩While portion size was a bit small and not very filling, the herbs were good. The fried garlic, shallots were fresh. No horrible stale oil smell. The spring onion was fresh and they gave you plenty of coriander and peanuts. The fish sauce was however, a bit too sweet for my liking. Will prefer more acidity with a kick of saltiness. You can’t go wrong with coconut waterNot brilliant sitting as found it stuffy

The fish sauce was however, a bit too sweet for my liking. Will prefer more acidity with a kick of saltiness. You can’t go wrong with coconut water
