Disappointing meal and average taste. Definitely not worth the price and for an insane $120 sparkling water PER HEAD (including service charge). Not worth revisiting. Too hyped up. Also ordered the burrata but it was so dry and seemed like it was just bought off parknshop. Very disappointing and overpriced ribs, way too salty and small portion for the price. To be fair the cheesecake was good, only good item out of a 1700$ lunch.

Food quality ….. the sashimi fish … not fresh and not cold enough as raw food!🤮
The rest is ok! Pork chop slightly over cooked but it has the biggest portion compared with other dishes!
Dessert算叫做最好食!👍🏻

Overall, I don’t think I will recommend this restaurant. There are a lot of Italian restaurants offer homemade pasta with a reasonable price and good portion. And, the most important is …. Taste are similar too!

搵間米芝蓮餐廳同老婆慶祝結婚周年,行上蘭桂坊係有啲攰。間餐廳裝修如梳化、中間的酒吧、吊燈,都充滿外國古典味道,樓底唔高,但係冇乜冷氣,一坐低感覺有少少焗,但係真係好浪漫。侍應即刻新鮮切咗兩舊芝士。幾款麵包都好香脆新鮮,芝士味同蕃茄味都好重,cold cut 有少少漏同埋鹹,加上新鮮切嘅芝士味道好濃,真係要一路食麵包去中和返。侍應即刻係你面前整嘅新鮮凱撒沙律,最出色係頂頭最後加個幾條魚仔,同埋香脆嘅麵包,炸麵包仲有啲甜甜地,配上新鮮香甜嘅羅馬生菜,同埋大量芝士,份量又大,唔怪得知幾乎都見到有人嗌。龍蝦意大利雲吞,醬汁creamy,有用龍蝦肉粒,上碟已經分好二人份量,眼看份量唔多,但其實好漏好飽,味道濃真係好好味。換上咁靚嘅甜品碟,幾個侍應過嚟唱歌,送上甜品,同埋即影即有相片。佢哋甜品好特別,冇Menu,喺架車度自己揀。Tiramisu 蛋糕牌老婆自己加,好襯佢哋嗰甜品同埋隻碟。

The carpaccio was very fresh and rich in seasoning. The truffle oil added was just the right amount, bringing out a rich scent and taste without eliminating the carpaccio’s natural taste. The portion was just enough to be shared among two.

This dish was what i keep hearing my friends talk about, and finally had the chance to give it a try. For starts, IT WAS SOOO GOOD! The rigatoni texture gave abit of chewiness without being too hard and chewy, yet not soft. For this dish its not that spicy, yet it does sting a tiny bit after each bite. You can literally taste the vodka in it. The portion was an enjoyable portion. Definitely recommend you try it out if you plan on going to Carbone.

The Sirloin Diana i had was done as medium rare. The steak itself was juicy and rich in flavor. Supposedly the sauce was somewhat a more chinese twist of oyster sauce, not my most favourable sauce but yet still okay. The shrooms on the top yet soaks too much of the sauce and gets a bit too salty. Overall, its a good dish.

NY Lemon Cheesecake

The Lemon Cheesecake was what i longed for. Its super delicious. The portions of the lemon sauce, cheesecake and its crust are at the best ratio it can be in. Each bite starts off with a sweet and sour kind of taste from the lemon sauce, followed by the NY cheesecake flavor. The lemon sauce helps open up more of your appetite to fill in yet one more bite. The cheesecake is rich yet not too heavy, mixes well with the lemon flavor. The crust is one i need to comment on. Usually when i come across a cheesecake crust its either really hard where u have to use bit of force to break it with ur fork, or its really soggy and its just everywhere. But the chrust for this bad-boy, was insanely perfect. I could slide my fork from top to bottom and cut out a piece without putting in effort, yet the crust remains really crispy and tender. A definite recommend.

Carbone had excellent customer service and the environment was really good. Although you would possibly hear like 6-7 times of the staff singing happy birthday to different tables, but its a happy experience.

Definitely give it a try for your next occasion to celebrate

Another highlight was the dessert, especially the chocolate cake! Need to go back and try the lemon cheesecake after hearing raving reviews about it 🤩
