啲肉汁鎖得好好!切開依然好多肉汁,完全唔會乾!仲要好濃嘅肉味😋😋

重頭戲就係今日嘅牛扒,我哋今日嗌咗一個8oz嘅fillet同埋一個12oz嘅skirt

牛扒以鐵板上 以為塊鐵板會有啲熱力熱住塊牛扒,點知食落塊牛扒係凍凍地嘅 摸落塊鐵板係冇溫度既
我諗已經煎好咗好耐,一路都係廚房都冇出到嚟😂
薯條份量都唔算太多,就係普通薯條咁囉 不過勝在佢夠熱同夠香脆🥶

Fillet食落肉質較軟熟 不過佢嘅調味就真係冇乜 餐廳亦都冇主動比鹽或者胡椒 要問佢攞先有🫠

Skirt分左做薄薄5塊 食落帶有啲油脂香 係比較少食到既部分 但因為佢咁薄一塊都有啲筋 然後餐廳個把刀都係超級難切到牛扒 係非常之唔利 要用好大嘅力氣先分得開舊牛😂 所以都幾唔enjoy😥
同頭先一樣我哋兩個一拎完最後1塊牛扒放上自己嘅碟上面 塊鐵板就9秒9俾人收咗 呢個反應速度之快真係同澳牛有得揮 👍

最後食完薯條之後成張枱就得返一杯紅酒 同埋每人各自一張紙巾 咁我哋就坐咗喺嗰度傾偈傾咗半個鐘 留意返成個用餐時間由坐低去到食完薯條只係用咗一個鐘 喺我哋傾緊計紅酒都未飲完嘅時候 都未嗌埋單 佢就遞咗張單過黎
講真呢一間咁嘅餐廳咁嘅環境同埋咁嘅價錢你唔會預咗佢係咁趕客feel🥹
仲要當日係一個平日嘅夜晚成間餐廳嘅入座率都冇3成😥
完全唔明佢咁趕做咩?而食物質素同服務態度都唔算太好 就算見你杯水飲晒都唔會主動幫你斟😵‍💫

香港的阿根廷扒房又多一家, Carne’s同樣位於中上環一帶, 與競爭對手的距離並不遙遠, 相比起來歷史較新, 要取勝的方法, 除了菜式水平外, 還有定價的進取, 就像這裏的午市套餐, 均價來說相當超值, 有頭盤, 牛扒和Side Dishes三百元也不用, 而且頭盤選擇也相對多元化, 除了Empanada外, 也有芝士, 肉腸和我點的Ceviche, 也就是酸汁醃海鮮.這裡的Ceviche份量不少, 以蝦和帶子為主, 用上Tiger Milk也就是秘魯特製酸汁, 當然和Mono比較就有點苛刻, 但酸度和辛香夠, 只要海鮮沒有雪藏味, 味道就不會差到哪裏. 烤牛扒點了Ribeye, 烤紋夠深, 外表焦脆內裡嫩滑, 肉汁豐富, 有不少人說南美的牛扒應該吃Rump Cap, 但我認為正是因為這裏的牛扒偏瘦而肉質實在, 吃Ribeye帶點脂肪, 口感平衡啱啱好之餘, 也能吃到牛肉獨有的肉香和少少油香, 不會太韌, 更易入口. Side dish點了牛油炒蘑菇, 也大有驚喜, 蘑菇充滿了牛油香味, 沒有過分出水令到口感過於水潤, 也沒有任何討厭的草腥味, 這角色做得恰如其分.

As for main, the grilled skirt steak and fillet come with strong burnt aroma and zesty chimichurri sauce. The skirt steak has a more beefy taste and chewier texture than the fillet, and do get a glass of Alamos Malbec for pairing!! Worth highlighting the sautéed mushrooms as side dish, garlicky and buttery! Ending with a chocolate panqueques and churros~

服務到位,前菜蝦沙律同牛角都好好味,份量足夠。side dish 都好味,薯條好香口,雜菌炒得香又juicy, steak新鮮,火喉控制得準。👍🏻👍🏻地方不算大,但坐落傾計都可以保持私穩。地方位置放便。下次再介紹朋友一齊光顧。
