招牌極爽腩米的爽腩色澤鮮明、排列整齊,配上了一大件蘿蔔,面層灑上蔥花,賣相真不俗!

我吃麵的招牌動作是先呷一口湯頭,這回利用木製的大湯匙盛出一試,怎麼味道沒有預期的甜美,再試,感覺就是淡了一些,果然老公亦有同感!

於是下了一滴辣椒油在湯裡混和,如若魔術變法般,湯即時吊出鮮甜,當然不是完全將腐朽化神奇,只是效果好了一點,可是還是缺了當年「新仙」和「八寶」初體驗的那份驚艷。馬上想到「牛芳百世」主打的咖喱口味,莫非就是利用辣來帶出牛的濃香?看來下次還是要一試由四十多款配料自家炮製的咖喱,還有新出的麻辣口味!

招牌極爽腩米

輪到一試爽腩。每片爽腩均附有完整的筋膜,腩片挺身、色澤紅潤。入口肉質充滿彈性、嚼感豐盛,筋膜位置亦十分爽彈,而牛香和牛脂也來得自然,附有輕微的香料芬芳。聽說店主採用山東奏川牛,也許是該牛的特色吧!而白蘿蔔無根、爽滑,只是甜度略低!

肚子滿載了牛香,滿足非常,不過回頭一看單據,驚覺今時今日的一碗牛腩麵確實矜貴得多,以我所知,最近有一家牛麵專門店,它的價錢更加超乎想像。只歎時移世易,從前街坊價的牛腩麵現已晉身殿堂級,土牛被發掘出刁鑽的部位,身價大升,況且誰叫我們這一輩子也為牛瘋!

返工附近發現咗間名字好吸引的餐廳,見到個名就知係食牛啦,朋友見到就話要入去食。LUNCH時間人真係好多,好快就滿座。今日想食一D比較清淡的食物所以就沒有叫咖哩,而係叫自家脆皮雞翼配河粉。雞翼的皮炸得香脆可以配搭泰式的辣醬一齊食,酸酸甜甜好夾。湯底清甜,河粉滑溜。友人的精選極鮮牛腩配薄餅,自己偷偷食咗一啖,咖哩有少少的辣,咖啡好濃,牛腩肉質淋又大件而且份量都好多,薯仔煮得夠淋。咖哩配薄餅真係好夾。

Once again I am coming here for lunch with my colleague . The clear soup was light but with a subtle Chinese mixed herb flavor. The radish simmering in the broth absorbed all flavor, bringing out an even sweeter aftertaste. The highlight comes down to the brisket which was always super tender with a lean texture. My colleague ordered beef brisket curry rice. The brisket was just as tender as the soup noodle. The curry had a nice coconut milk flavor with just an adequate amount of spiciness from the chili oil. The big potato pieces was soft and almost mashy. It was just satisfying to go with a big bowl of rice!

咬了一口,肉蠻韌不討好。縱使牛味比爽腩更濃,但我想,有誰會喜歡吃韌硬的肉呢 ?

湯及蘿蔔反而很好 ---- 前者有鹹香不令人喝後十分口乾;後者差不多跡近進口即化入嘴全現無渣非常的甜....

小朋友們對牛腩全無興趣,點了一大堆甚麼丸或是炸雞翼....

基本上這裡的"非牛腩類"的食物可說是可以不理的。所謂的流心豬肉丸及墨魚丸皆只是從街市買來的十來二十大洋換來一大堆雜牌丸的劣貨,連不大懂吃的姨娚女也大呼難吃,只管去吃碗內剩餘的米粉....

雞翼就好一點,夠熱辣皮亦脆肉也醃得到位juicy....

三大三小,這般的一個陣容總共吃了接近四百大洋....小弟是發了誓,從此以後也不會在尖咀地區內吃牛腩了....

依家下午茶時段,門口好大個招牌寫住下午茶餐 A 清湯牛腩面連熱飲 $42,入到去坐低,侍應就話 A 餐取消左。其實取消左,門口就唔應該寫。算數,就試下呢個招牌菜,散叫 $58。落單嗰陣時,侍應問我飲唔飲嘢,佢話跟埋嘢飲,買單原來收咗 $8. 其實佢哋呢啲手法我唔太認同。嘢食好一般,只係啲裝修靚啲,碗碟靚啲,冇乜特別冇乜好講。不會再來,完。

唔顯眼的一間舖 夜晚7點半已經得番爽腩 無晒限量既崩沙同坑腩 仲有好多款唔同位置可以揀咖哩或清湯 咖哩唔太辣爽腩唔錯 分量亦不少 好過大埔出哂名既群記清湯腩 店員不會黑口黑面 👍🏻店內乾淨企理 下次經過再encore 希望仲keep到質數

這一間店舖是有一點古怪,古怪的地方不在於食物方面,而是門面,已開業一個多月 (上傳時已經開張),門面的店舖名還是用紅紙封著,有時候真不懂做吃的朋友想法,如果不嘗試走進去了解,還以為他們在裝修。好的筆者其實經常性一個人,每經過一間新店也去試,這一間暫時用紅紙封著的,其實名叫:「牛芳百世」,故名思義他們是吃牛的,在尖沙咀區較少這類型主題的店舖,試想想猶如一間「九記牛腩」在尖沙咀開店,是在尖沙咀打滾了七年的筆者覺很新奇。店舖位位於恆生銀行斜對面,這個位不知要賣多少牛才足夠付租金呢?一問之下原來此店主路是做火鍋的,不曉得為什麼會改行賣牛產品呢?進店內格局完全不像粉麵店,反而覺得很日式丼店拉麵店一樣,內在環境全是木製,可見是一間新派店舖吧。單看餐牌已令筆者這個牛魔王熱血起來,除了牛沙瓜外幾乎每種牛腩也有,有時候餐廳會有特別推介,不會列在餐廳上,保持神祕感吧,除了牛腩還是會有牛尾及牛舌甚至牛腳筋吃,另一樣店舖推介是他們的咖哩。除了配飯外還可選擇粉麵,這麼特別的店在尖沙咀區少之又少,應有一定市場吧!首次到來,來一個咖哩吧,職員說坑腩是今天的推介,也沒有想太多就來一個。咖哩味道挺不錯,濃而帶微辣,筆者

首次到來,來一個咖哩吧,職員說坑腩是今天的推介,也沒有想太多就來一個。咖哩味道挺不錯,濃而帶微辣,筆者很愛辣所以覺得不夠辣可再強烈一點,吃起來惹味拌飯最開胃不過,至於坑腩是做得很出色,吃起來帶少量脂肪,牛味足肉質腍頗入味,的確令人一試入魂,可惜咖哩配菜少之又少,只有幾顆薯仔,而且薯仔是一大敗北,吃起來口感很硬,而且每一顆都很大顆,筆者不懂得欣賞。

吃粉麵當然要配一杯凍飲,來一杯凍奶茶也是最好不過,凍奶茶來到有一點西式,論茶味不俗,夏天來一杯的確爽快,不帶澀味算是不錯。只可惜並沒有套餐,單點需要$18是有一點貴呢!

在尖沙咀區很難找到這樣的店舖,開張不久或試業時已見人山人海,論「牛」的質素更是尖沙咀數一數二,這一區要吃「牛」真的有一點難,後街的「深仔記」只能當作粉麵店,而這一間店真令人想起「九記牛腩」呢!
